I totally Disagree. I took my car to Baez for a tune up. He kept my car from early in the morning until after 5 p.m. I had to call him twice to find out what was going on and when my car would be ready. Frank seemed disinterested and bothered that I was calling him. When I finally got my car back close to 6 p.m. I came home and noticed that the invoice made no mention of an oil change or new filters it barely had anything done to it except new spark plugs and wires. I called him the next day and asked why the oil and filter hadnt been changed, let alone all the other things that are supposed to be done in a tune up. He said that an oil change isnt part of a tune up but that he would change the oil for me if I brought my car back and paid for it on top of the $260 I had paid for the tune up. I told him that I would never bring my car back for an oil change or anything else. $260 for new spark plugs and wires is a Complete and Utter Rip Off. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!

We are a car dealership, East Coast Fine Cars (with our own repair facilities). Whenever we have a job that is too hard to figure out, we send it to Frank at Baez Auto Repair and we know he will figure it out. To make things better, we dont have to discuss prices with him. We always know that Frank will never take advantage of us. There have been times we have had quotes for $500, that when he finishes he tells us it came out hundreds less! WHAT OTHER AUTO REPAIR SHOP IS THAT HONEST? These guys are the best and deserve more than five starts.

I have been here a few times and always gotten the best value and service. If nothing is wrong they will tell you flat out. If you need it done really bad or could use it they also clearly differentiate. An honest car repair shop that is not only sales oriented like the big chain repair shops or overpriced like the new car dealerships is really hard to find in South Florida- but Baez Auto and Frank are just that.

Frank is the best in the business! Ive been to many mechanics before, but no one has ever done as great a job as Frank has repeatedly done for me, and for as fair a price. One time, he even recommended someone to do auto body work for me, and that guy, too, was awesome -- he did a $3,500 job for $960 and made my car look better than when it was brand new. Great prices and great work. A+ service!!

I agree. I have been a customer over there for about 3yrs. Excellent service and mechanics. Frank is really cool. This is the only place I trust. Im from out of state. I have a bro that owns a shop. This place is like having family working on your vehicle. They actually care.

Frank is awesome! I recently changed my timing belt and water pump, and the total cost was about $400. Other places were going to charge me between $900-$1000. Frank is honest and knowledgeable. I will go back to him for any other stuff, and will recommend him to friends.

Took my sons car there for brake lights not working and was charged for oxygen sensors 300.00 . Was told the car would get better gas milage . Not only did it lower my gas milage but the brake lights are out again under a week later.

CROOKED CROOKS. DO NOT COME HERE AS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. REPLACED MY ALTERNATOR WITH A USED ONE FROM ANOTHER VEHICLE AND I GOT 6 MONTHS OUT OF IT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY REPLACED SAID PART. THE CLASSIC AUTO RIP OFF ARTIST.

I have been using them for 3 years and also was in the auto repair business when I was young and come from a family in the business, so know when someone is good. Frank is hones and fair with his charges.
