I have been driving past ECO-Friendly Auto Center since they opened 2 years ago. I had been using the same mechanic for 10 years and no longer felt comfortable with them. All of my neighbors use ECO and had seen articles in the paper and on TV plus all my neighbors use them. I figured I would try them out for the noise I hear in the front end. The owner was there to introduce himself to me and shook my hand and thanked me for coming into his shop. I was so surprised at the waiting area, BIg Screen TV, hard wood floor, cafe with free soda coffee, WiFi,and computer. His walls are full of News Paper articles about the shop and the reporter that wrote a story for the Miami Herald about his shop was there for the first time getting his car serviced and using the wifi to write more stories. The boys at ECO took me out to my car and showed me what the problem was and that was a first for me all the other mechanics always just told me the problem. Now i know what the issue is, what will happen if I dont fix it. If my previous shop would of done their job correctly and let me know there were things i needed to do a specific millage i would not have them done then. I appreciate Sullys team and they have earned my business for ever. That was the best experiance I have ever had at a repair shop, plus Sully talked to all of the customers in the shop and I made a new friend from all the conversations. Can not recommend them enough.

My mother in-law happened to get stuck in the area with a busted belt, she had the car towed to the local Pep Boys where she was given THREE different quotes (700,600,and 500 dollars) for the repair. I live in West Palm and was only able to help her at the time by calling around a few shops. Every shop I called just wanted to have the complete AC system fixed and explained that by spending $600.00-$700.00 would be the only way to get the belt running on the vehicle. I finally found Eco Friendly Auto Service spoke with the owner Sully. I explained to Sully the issue and we agreed that I would have the vehicle towed to the shop and he could look at it in the morning. Sully assured me that there would be no issue taking a look at the vehicle and he would give my mother in-law a call in the morning. The next day Sully called and let us know that the issue could be remedied by removing the AC compressor (which hasnt worked for some time anyway) and by-passing the AC system with a shorter belt. The repair was done for a TINY fraction of what all the other shops quoted and the vehicle was picked up. When my mother in-law picked up the vehicle Sully explained everything that was done and even gave her a heads up on some issues she should be aware of. I recommend this repair facility to everyone. It was an honor to deal with a repair shop that is being driven by its customer service and not just the dollar.

I have been a happy customer of Eco, for several years. I think the owner has the best customer service I have seen with an unreasonable customer. I could not of kept my cool for as long as he did. From the conversation, customer did his own work, did it incorrectly, now its running poorly. ECO mechanics put the computer on the car, found a ground issue, that caused the car to cut off and gave him the codes for the other issues. Just charged him the $70 for that. This kid, kept saying he wanted his money back because they did not fix all his issues. He kept telling him that nothing else came up on the computer, and if he changed anything he could not guarantee, it would fix his problems. Sully told him that he needs to replace his seat belts ASAP, because they are missing and the car should not be on the road at all. I had to leave and go to the food stand next door, this kid had my blood starting to rise, he was stupid.

A couple of years ago I found Eco-Friendly entirely by accident, and what a great mistake that turned out to be. My father was in the automotive business, so I know enough about cars to not get taken advantage of, but it still amazes me how many auto places will try because Im a woman. I brought my car in for tire rotation and balance, and because I thought I might need brakes. Brought the car in early AM and Sully had one of his guys drive me to work. Within about an hour Sully calls me to say I did NOT need brakes, but there was another small repair that was needed. Without a doubt he could have gotten me to pay for both repairs, but by being honest Eco-Friendly earned a lifelong customer. (As well as all the other customers I can send him!!) I can not give a higher recommendation!

If you are looking for a repair shop in the FTL area I can stand behind these guys. Sully is great. HONEST and quick. I have taken our Van there a few times. He has been the best deal and has never tried to upsell me. He did our brakes today of which I thought for sure the rotors were bad. I told him "I think the rotors need to be replaced." unlike most shops he took a look and told me that they were fine, just needed a standard brake service. He could have gone with what I said and had an easy $500 brake job, instead he took the HONEST route and did our brakes for $160, the result is a long time customer in us. He was also done an hour earlier then he said he would be. Its hard to find a repair guy you can trust. I trust Sully and his crew.

I was with no ac for almost 3 years just because everywhere i went was breaking my pockets! in these hot summer times its hard to get around with no ac. I brought my Ford explorer to Eco Friendly Auto Center and they quoted me a great price and they even ordered the parts i needed that very same day. I was surprised to get a call within the next 2 days saying the parts were in. They fixed it up and it couldnt work any better! The mechanics/staff were very helpful answering any questions i had,the waiting area is very clean, free cold beverages/coffee and kid friendly! I would definitely recommend Eco Friendly Auto Center to EVERYONE!

After seeing ECO-Friendly on the NBC 6 news 2 times in April, I was impressed with the news stories, so we had to give the shop a try. The stories pailed in comparison to the service and the shop. I thought because they are a green certified shop they would be more expensive, but they were cheaper for their Bio-degradable oil change then others are for a synthetic oil change. I was amazed, for the first time in my life the shop owner shook my hand and thanked me for coming in!! They have a customer for life now!! This is how a shop should be run.
