I walked into Meineke Car Care Center in Wilton Manors today. The waiting area was packed and there were 2 clerks at the service counter. One guy was helping a customer and the other guy was just sitting at the desk without a customer. As I approached the counter, the clerk without the customer - lets call him nice guy - said "Hey" - I said "Hows it going?" and he said "What can I do for you?" Before I had a chance to say anything, the clerk with the customer - lets call him rude guy - interrupted and said "You need to wait, theres someone else ahead of you. Well get to you in 10 minutes." I said "O.k." and went to go find a seat. As I was walking away, nice guy stopped me and asked "Do you have an appointment?" I answered "No." Nice guy responded "Well, then well have to try and fit you in between appointments today." I then said "I didnt realize you could make appointments." As I started to ask nice guy whether to book online or over the phone, rude guy interrupted again and said "We will get to you in 10 minutes - go have a seat." At which point I realized that I wanted nothing to do with giving this business any money and simply said "Im going to find somewhere else" and left. I had a simple question and rude guy wouldnt even give me the opportunity to ask the nice guy (who wasnt even working with a customer). It would have taken 10 seconds. Instead, rude guy had to interrupt what he was doing with his own customer to try to put me in my place for just walking in and being acknowledged.

While on vacation in Fort Lauderdale with my family from upstate NY I took a turn to sharp, hitting the curb and gouging my tires sidewall. I am familiar with auto work and knew this was a risk to drive around on. Having just two days before we had to leave, I called this shop based on the positive reviews. I initially worked with Todd who was able to find the needed tire and get it to the shop. He even called to let me know when it arrived. When I stopped by the shop Pedro took care of me. Even though they were super busy with Pre holiday work they got me right in, tire changed and out of there within 1/2hr. While I was waiting, I could hear Pedro dealing with other customers both on the phone and in person working to make sure they were satisfied. Not being from the area I relied on google reviews to help me find this shop and this time they were spot on. Thanks Todd and Pedro for the great service and minimal impact to our vacation.

Im a new uber driver and I made an appointment with this location on Monday 6-27-2016. Time 8 am confirmed with employee. Today is 6-29-2016 I went to my schedule appointment spoke with the owner that was on the phone talking with someone regarding parts. He told me interrupting the person on the phone you need an appointment for that. I havent even mention what I was doing first of all. He was very did and unprofessional I have never experience anything like this in my life. He started arguing with me telling me that he can only help me at 9 oclock after I made an appointment at 8 oclock because I have to be at work. I would not recommend this man again to anyone stay away from this company and I will contact Uber and let them know what kind service they provide here

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! My wife had an oil change, they did not secure the oil filter, it fell off and now the engine is ruined on the vehicle. I called them and whoever it was, possibly the manager, got really defensive, did not help out and now we are in the process of filing a formal complain with consumer services and also filing a claim with their liability insurance. If their insurance does not cover the damages I am going to take them to small claims court. I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE they are not to be trusted, it was pure negligence on their part and they flat out refuse to help or take responsibility for the damages. These guys are totally negligent, irresponsible and flat out incompetent!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

I have been going to this shop for 1 ½ years, they are very professional and they are punctual with my repairs, and more important they are great mechanics.. They won’t push you into work you don’t need like many shops will; because if you’re like me, I really don’t know what’s going on under the hood, I am at the mercy of the mechanics . Padro and his crew fix my AC there very reasonable; when 2 other mechanics told me I would need a whole new system...today my van is cold inside first time in years thanks to there expertise . This is why I have my 2 cars and Van fixed in this shop I travel 25 miles because I can trust them and this is hard to find today..

This was a place I trusted for a few years. Not anymore!!!! Pedro the owner and his staff didnt listen to what I told them, charged me 500$ and didnt fix the problem. Had to bring back car and paid another 250$ when even though Mike said they were giving me a discount I could get the part that was needed at 40% of the cost they charged me!! They offered to give me a rental but at first balked at them paying for it. Pedro didnt follow up with me at all. They could care less what their customers think. Youll be lucky if they do good job and dont charge you three times the cost!

Ive been going to Meineke for the last six years and Ive never had a problem. I walked in at 12:03pm to request an oil change and was turned down to it being "his Saturday". I understand it being a weekend day and closing early, but to be turned down with their business not closing for another 57 minutes. As I walked out the door, one mechanic asked me "he wouldnt do it?" Obviously this associate would have gladly completed the service for me. I will not be back to this location, and possibly never deal with Meineke again.

Absolutely Horrible Experience, Do Not even go for an oil change!! The technician rotating the tires did not put back on correctly - I couldnt even leave the parking lot without having them take the car back into the bay and do it right. Then they tried to say it was low tire pressure, which it was not. The workers are very untrustworthy. That day they also opened 25 minutes late and it took 2 hours for the oil change with no other customers waiting.

Ive been coming to this Meineke for the past year and they always have taken great care of me. The owner and employees are honest, generous and provide exceptional service. Ive been living in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area for over 5 years, and had been looking for a trustworthy place to take care of my needs for my car. This is that place and I will continue to bring my car here in the future. Thank you for your service!
