Brought my truck in on a Saturday morning for an alignment thinking it was something simple. Tim showed me where my upper and lower ball joints were simply worn out and just flopping in the rubber boot, and worn out with no tension. It was nice to see the bad part and get an explanation as to why it was bad. He could have just done the alignment and let me go, but it was obvious the truck was not safe to drive. A couple hours later and it drives like new. They even rotated the tires and checked the brakes. I was treated very professionally and all of the employees that passed through greeted me in the waiting area. At checkout, I even got a "thank you for your business, we really appreciate you " and a handshake. That is very rare in any business anymore. They won me over and I wont go anywhere else. I would give 6 stars of I could.

My Husband brought our 2004 Minivan to Dave this week. We asked him to fix a gear cable and some front end work that another mechanic advised we needed in the past. Our Van was ready in the late afternoon and Dave advised that the work recommended by the other mechanic was not necessary! WOW! Good, honest mechanics do exist! My experience with Car Care and with Dave the manager is more than excellent. Dave is a man of integrity and honesty; something sometimes hard to find in a repair shop. But I strongly recommend Dave and Car Care for auto repairs. Dave is well trained in auto mechanics and will explain and give you options as to what needs to be done when your automobile needs attention from a mechanic.

I am so thankful for this auto shop! Our a/c died on Sunday and no one was open on Labor Day. I took a chance seeing their door was open and asked for help. Dave checked it out and diagnosed the potential issue and said bring it in Tuesday and he will get it back same day. Very helpful, detailed and friendly. I recommend them for sure!!

Dave and Tim succeeded in diagnosing and repairing a 2014 Ranger that the Ford dealership and another auto repair company had given up on...could not even diagnose! Dave spent a lot of time and effort and made an unusable vehicle run great.To say they were very fair on the charges would be an understatement. I recommend them strongly.
