I was referred to All Star by a friend who spoke to them on the phone before I drove there. The guy from All Star said he would take a look at the issue I was having which my car was not up-shifting. When I arrived I met with Wade but he acted very pompous with his remarks stating that no one called his shop and he doesnt even like or deal with that company my friend works for. I wanted to see if I heard my friend wrong and gave him a call. I found out that I had the wrong mechanic shop and when I mentioned the shop it was Wade started bad mouthing that shop stating I would end up back at All Star anyways that all the customers from the other shop come to Wades All Star repair shop. Good Luck with that Wade sneeringly said. He additionally added Ill have more problems than before and without looking at the car it sounds like I need a transmission. Well, I proceeded to visit the other repair shop and it turned out the mechanic was accommodating, kind, and so helpful he connected the diagnostic tool and let me read it with him showing that it was a simple sensor which was very common for my car. He then cleared all the fault codes in the control unit and reset everything since I did recently change the battery in the car. Afterwards, no check engine light came on and the car drives better than ever. No charge, and was treated as if i was a family member. I wanted to write this experience because it absolutely turns me off and irritates me on how people in the same profession degrades their fellow peers in the same industry when in realty the other guy didnt even know All Star or Wade. But Wade is working there bad mouthing another shop. Wade acted arrogant like a know-it-all, self-centered, and egotistical. I do not like when people do this, its uncouth. Be careful trusting this shop, I would never use them because of how he treated me and degraded another mechanic he doesnt know. Ignorant and smug. Find another shop.

Brought my 2008 Toyota RAV4 in with an intermittent grinding noise. Allstar could not duplicate the problem but suggested front brake pads. Replaced front pads and the grinding has disappeared. Could have been raked over the coals with this problem. Toyota dealership was told about the problem and told us they could not find anything. Two days later the noise reappeared just before a long road trip. Toyota had replaced the tires at the time. I guess they did not want to look at the brakes. No more dealerships for me.

the service might be good and they show you cheep labor. BUT if you want to be happy dont do price comparison for parts. your jaw will drop. They overcharge for parts and show low labor cost. i was quoted almost double for an alternator and when i told them that i can go and get the alternator at auto-zone for half price they told me that they dont install parts that they did not buy themselves. in the end i did the whole job myself for half the quote they gave me

Nice enough people, but slow, slow, slow. Public Transportation in Palm Beach County is lackluster, be sure to reserve a rental for a few weeks.
