Called ahead approximately 30 minutes to ask for an alignment on my truck, and was told there wasnt much of a line or wait. Ended up waiting 2 hours before the alignment began, which was longer than I would have estimated for a "not busy day." Alignment was done quickly from that point, however, and the truck drives very straight and as expected. As I didnt make a formal appointment, I cant wholly blame the long wait - but a better time estimate should be given regardless. Some plus points - I did observe the staff being very helpful to others coming in with minor issues like low tire pressure and nails in the tire - very friendly and honest people!

I recently had steering issues and had to go to the nearest autobody shop, which happened to be firestone. Knowing that I was in a position where I could not negotiate, they marked up the price for parts nearly 300% and padded the labor hours well and above what other mechanics estimate for the repairs. If you are in a position to shop around auto shops, make sure you keep them honest.

Came in to get new tires on my car, rotation and alignment. Left and still had minor issues on my car. I was pretty frustrated to know that I had been there for a while and had to turn back around. But when I got back, they fixed the issues and went above what I expected to make sure I knew they wanted to do the best for me.

Very happy with firestone auto care. I actually came here to have my alignment repaired after going to sears and buying 2 tires there. Anyway firestone fixed everything right up after the sears mistake. Get your tires here or your going to have a headache.... Also pay for the lifetime alignment. It pays for itself....
