A year ago I had previously wrote a review that gave this place 5 stars. After my last visit I felt that it needed to be changed. It took me a few days to write this updated review and I wasnt even going to but i felt that it was not very fair how I was treated at my last visit. My first visit I had found this place on groupon and decided to give it a try. It was a nice experience and I had gone back a few times after. Its been at least 10 months since then. On Saturday morning I was searching on groupon and saw that they had another special for eyebrow threading, this time for $6.00. so I bought the groupon and went. She did a decent job even with all of interruptions. When it was time to pay and I was pulling up the groupon she tells me I had already used one (over a year ago.) Now on the groupon it states NOWHERE, not even on the fine print that the groupon is valid one per life time. She gave me a little attitude and told me that she doesnt make any money off of these groupons. If thats the case then dont advertise your business on there and then tell people your not going to accept the groupon they purchased. She told me I had to return it and that I could contact them for a refund. After reviewing the rest of these reviews I see that I wasnt the only person who experienced this problem. Personally so dont care how much youre making off of a groupon people are purchasing. You have your business listed and people are paying for a service. She could have honored the groupon and let me know nicely that her fine print is this groupon is only valid one per lifetime or for only new clients. She told me that if her prices were too high and since one of the girls I work with pays $9.00 that she would do that but instead she lost a customer. A business is about money but its also about customer service. You have good customer service and you will always have money. BAD customer service wont bring you money that you need to keep operating. Thats the last time I will go to this place and Im going to take my business back to Heenas Threading who honors all groupons and have a package special. Also, hire a receptionist so you dont need to continuously stop doing someones eyebrows to check the front door or answer the phone. Thank You Mona.

Terrible experience! Very unprofessional! When I first called to make an appointment there was no answer. She called me back a few minutes later and told me she would call me back to make the appointment. At the last minute I was unable to make the appointment and was unable to call and cancel because I was called into work that morning. I then called a few weeks later to make an appointment she told me very rudely that I was supposed to cancel if I was unable to make it and that she would add a $10 penalty; which I was willing to pay. The second time I canceled the appointment ahead of time due to my work schedule, and decided to just walk in the next time I was off. The next time I was off I walked in and one of the employees very nicely assisted me. As I was talking to the employee the owner came out and asked if I was the one who canceled the appointment twice with an attitude. I apologized and explained my work situation and that I would pay the fee. She rudely answered that she was losing money and that I would have to pay $15 for canceling the appointment. She then saw that I had a $50 gift card and kept asking where the gift card was from making sure it was not from groupon. She then told me that $50 would not be enough for a facial, as if I had no money to pay the difference. I was so upset that I walked out and didnt care losing the $50 gift card. I understand that I was wrong for canceling but there was no need for the attitude. I do not recommend Refined Day Spa from Coral Springs!

absolutely rubbish place, gave me appointment for 4.45 when i reached 4.50 because of the traffic, there was nobody to attend over there. After 5 minutes lady was walking out and asked me acting clueless, when i informed that i came for appointment.She told me rudely that she is closing the place while online the place shows its open till 8 PM.when i questioned her that she should have informed me while booking the appointment that they close by 5 PM, i wouldnt have drove 6 miles.On that she claimed that she tried calling me an hour back to infirm me the same but i didnt had any call from them, that was complete lie.she was sarcastic n rude n unapologetic for her behaviour.i wont go back to this place ever n would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bought a groupon for three Brazilian waxes and eyebrow threading. The tech was very kind and polite however the Brazilian wax took 45 minutes, I have been getting waxed for years and they take max 20 minutes. She also left many patches of hair I will probably have to shave- which ruined the whole purpose of the wax. The eyebrow threading was great. However I did have an awkward experience with using the groupon as there must have been some mistake with what groupon advertised, the staff member went on about not being able to afford the groupon and it made me feel very uncomfortable as this was my first time there. Nice staff, but I will not be returning.

Best Spa in town! I just recently had my first chemical peel and loved it.I was a bit scared to try this but there is really nothing to be scared of. Mona was great and told me step by step what she was doing during the peel which made me feel not scared at all. The products that she used are of high quality and worked great with my skin. Ive also gotten a facial here before and i love it!. I come here about 2-3 weeks to get my eye brown threaded and I wouldnt trust anyone else to do it. This spa is clean, nice and the service they off is fantastic. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Excellent service! Instant results! I had severe adult acne and skin pigmentation. With just one sitting of facial peel acne stopped and second treatment skin started glowing! I would highly recommend this spa for skin problems , massage and eyebrow threading. Best place to relieve your stress with excellent massage! The owner has great knowledge about skin as she invites a dermatologist to visit this spa regularly and she would recommend you just exactly what you need! Love this place and am planning to take my teenage daughter for her acne problem!

I had an appt at 11 am, the lady was out running errands. The girl there said she would call her (after 10 minutes of doing someone elses nails), then called her cell phone, told me shed be back soon she had to run out to the store. I waited until 11:25 when she came back totally unapologetic. I left without doing business. I dont understand how the owner of a business can go out knowing she had a customer (first and last time) coming in for service. HORRIBLE Wasted time. Go somewhere else where they are considerate of your time
