What a terrible experience. I cried my heart out today. Prestige has the worst customer service of all time. The technician screamed and embarrassed me in front of my baby and other customers because she wanted me to pay for not showing up to an appointment i knew nothing about... i never got a call and never got an email... i even called them and left voicemails trying to find out the date of my appointment but never got a call back...

Great staff. Always willing to help you. Bilingual. I have not finish my laser treatment but It looks is going to be great. To treat handicaps person is not recommended because their spa bed is high

I got my first laser hair removal today ! I couldnt belive how good and easy it was . I dindt wait for my treatment .. The techinician was super friendly . I cant wait to do my next session .
