Gross and Unsanitary! Went there for a pedicure. first thing I noticed was they have signs everywhere stating if youre unhappy with your service NO refunds but they will try to "repair" it. That should have given me a cle of what was to come. The bowl in front of the chair i was put in had gunk in the bottom (looked like toothpaste?). When i pointed it out, the girl said she would put in a liner. when i said no, she rolled her eyes at me and moved me to another chair. I then got the worst pedicure i have EVER had. This place does not sanitize their tools between uses. Most salons after using their tools stick them in sanitizer and open a new pouch with clean ones. These people just stick their dirty tools in their own boxes (that look like caboodles) and move on to the net person. When my tech took her clippers out that had skin and nail still on them. When I asked her if they sanitized between uses she again rolled her eyes, brushed off the debri and half heartedly sprayed what I HOPE was rubbing alcohol on it. she then didnt speak to me again except to ask if i wanted the razor used. I said NO! Thank god I said no b/c the tech in the chair next to where i was used the same dirty razor on 2 people and didnt clean it between uses. She rubbed it on a dry paper towel and that was it. EWWW! I While there I also saw the man at the front desk and one of the techs pouring bottles of different colors together, mixing gel polish with regular polish, and taking full bottles & splitting them into 2 bottles and then adding thinner to make the bottles look fuller. I have no clue how this place hasnt been shut down by the department of health. All the techs are very rude and dismissive to their customers. After my horrible pedicure I paid and then sat to try to let it dry for a few minutes. then my rude tech THEN decided to speak to me- she asked if I had paid and told me to give "the tip" right to her. My response was the response she had given me 2x earlier- i rolled my eyes and walked out. NEVER AGAIN! I should have walked out at the beginning.

Worst nail experience of my life. The tips of my set were put on crooked, Lea repeatedly filed the sides of my fingers until they were raw. I didnt even bother having them painted bc I needed to go somewhere else to have them completely removed. Not to mention the sanitation is completely lacking and the staff was very rude.

Worst experience by far I asked for a mani pedi and started off with the pedicure. I waited a long time before someone came. I asked for the sides of my nails on big toes to get cut and got butchered. I wasted an hour of my time and walked out. Never going back.

Horrible service, The girl rushed didnt lay attention. Painted my sisters nails unprofessional and it started to crack on the same day. She is never going back there again. Horrible place

Rude, and did not even attempt to massage with cream. Rushing to turn over the chair. I will never go there again.

Rude Vietnamese people. No customer service skills what so ever. Most of them do terrible acrylic nails.
