On Friday, May 11, 2012 I decided to go with my bridal party to Prestige Nail and Spa. My maid of honor resides around this nail spa and is a regular customer. So I decided to have Prestige Nail and Spa be the place to get my nails done before my wedding day (May 12). I was encountered by one of their nail staff and began my nail services. After my pedicure the nail technician person was working on my manicure, and it seemed as though the nail technician was not playing close attention and somehow cut the skin around my finger nail. Consequently there was blood bursting from my cuticle (proximal nail fold area). I was horrified and in pain because this was the day before my wedding and the finger that was cut was on my wedding ring hand. The nail technician simply apologized and I told her that it was okay that I understand. However, once she was done with the manicure I was just simply walked to the area to dry nails. I was never given a receipt and noticed that the managers at the front desk were making faces and speaking some Asian language. So after my nails dried, I walked over to the unprofessional staff and they asked me what services did I get done and I replied a pedicure and manicure. A showed him where I was cut to see if they had a Band-Aid. I asked the manager for a discount due to the incident that occurred with the nail services. I was surprised that the only thing the manager said he could do was a three dollar discount and put some Neosporin on my finger nail. Nonetheless, I paid my bill and the three dollar discount was what I used to tip the nail technician. As for my experience! I will never ever give business to Prestige Nail and Spa in Sunrise, Florida. Prestige Nail and Spa lacks professionalism and are not attentive to a bride-to-be.All Prestige Nail and Spa care about making is money and the customer experience is secondary.

Things started out ok until I showed them a photo of what I wanted. I had 1 woman working on my pedi and when I showed her the photo she had to get someone else to do it...ok thats fine. Then they had a completely different man do my nails. In the middle of the manicure he answered his personal cell phone.. rude but whatever. Then mid-lotion massage he stopped to go to the counter to help someone when there was clearly people there that were not doing anything..rude again. Then he asked if I wanted my nails the same as my toes to which I replied yes. He did them so badly it looks like a 10 year old did them. The glitter is so uneven it took too long to dry and 3/10 of my nails are already messed up. On top of that each of the people who actually painted my nails left excess polish and glitter all around my nails. If I wanted my nails to look like this I would just do them and skip the 35$ +tip for this crap. JS never going back again.

Was recommended to come here from a co worker..I came in for a pedicure..waited 15 min. When I sat down it seemed like a normal pedicure..everything was good until the guy started to work on my toes..I was looking forward BC I havent had a pedi months..was very dissapppointed she. I.glanced and saw the buffer was warn out.but he proceeded to use it ..I didnt say anything.. He finished cutting my.cuticles..when he put the tools back he spread it with alcohol.so I assume they dont sterilize..my French was horrible..he used an old brush the lines were all uneven..I told.him to redo my big toes..and still used the same brush after telling him.the brush seemed old..horrible service!!! Not worth 28.00..

11/26/12 I went there for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. They had a lot of colors to choose from and not from just one brand. I got just a basic pedicure and the service was far from basic. Everything was clean and sterile. They were very friendly and did not talk to each other in there native tongue which usually always happens at other salons. I always feel like theyre talking about me which makes me feel uncomfortable so I never go back. The service and work was great! Thank you Prestige!!

I have never had such poor service than I did today. Made an appointment and still had to wait thirty minutes to be sat. My technician was Cory. He sped through the whole process. All I got were fills on my acrylic..the paint from the tips is splotchy and smeared on some nails, and you can see the polish I had from before through them. Honestly it looks like I did it myself. Very disappointed with my first experience there and I will not be doing further business with this establishment.

THEYRE THE BEST!!! ITS SO RELAXING AND THEY HAVE TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER HAVE I BEEN TO A NAIL SALON LIKE THIS. THE MASSAGE CHAIRS PUT YOU TO SLEEP AND YOU WAKE UP WITH BEAUTIFUL TOES! CINDY IS THE GREATEST, I LOVE HER! AND Q MAKES MY TOES LOOK GOOD ENOUGH TO EAT!!! I WILL NEVER STOP GOING HERE!!! Prestige Nails is not just a business. This is a family who makes everything necessary to provide a wonderful customer service to its customers. Ive been their customer for almost two consecutive years. Lisa, the owner, is extremely personable and it is always prompt to help you. Prices are reasonable and their work is impeccable. Tami is so far the best. I hope you give them a try.

I had the pleasure of working with Cindy. She was awesome hands down, very personable. She informed me of the mistake my previous nail technician had done and had no problem answering the many questions I had. She didnt cut me not one bit and as soon as she saw I was uncomfortable she readjusted. I am officially making my appointment every other Friday with Cindy or her Twin sister.

Absolutely hands down one of the best nail salons I have ever been too. Everyone was so welcoming when I walked inside. I was kindly asked to take a seat where they had magazines and such to read. Tammy did an excellent job applying my acrylics ; while Cindy did an outstanding job on my designs. Prices are so reasonable! I will for sure be coming back!!! Love it :)

Ive been coming here every 3 weeks for the last 6 months and every single time the work is excellent. The salon is always clean and the technicians always do great work. Tammy and Cindy can do countless nail designs, even from pictures. I recommend this salon to anyone intersted in great service for a reasonable price.

I have been going to this salon every two weeks for several years. My nails ALWAYS look great. I also love to have different designs on my toes and they accommodate me every time and do a great job. The staff is friendly and really great at what they do. I love this place and highly recommend it.

I will NEVER go to this salon again. I went in for a manicure & gel polish & ended up with a fungal infection. I went to the doctors office & will have to be on presciption medications for the next 3-4 months. My nail is crumbling & may never grow back. Do Not get your nails done here!!!
