At drop off, "crease pants". At pick up-not creased. I asked you to crease the pants when I dropped off. Can you wait, no, i have an appointment. "You dont have to have an attitude, you dont need to, its not necessary to hace an attitude." And thats how you lose a customer. Dont listen to what they want and scold them when YOU get it wrong. Overpriced too.
