Very bad service!!!! 1. I had suit pants altered and now my crease that is suppose to go down the middle of my pants is off to the side. Its crookit and horrible. Ruined my pants with no solution to fix. Their tailor is borderline low iq. 2. I paid for dry cleaning several shirts. All off them came back dirty. When I asked the manager to do them over. She refused. Saying i didnt bring shirts back within 1 week. I told her she was going to lose me as a customer if she didnt re do my shirts, he said she didnt care. I said i pay 50 plus dollars and you dont care? She said i should have brung them back withon 1 week. I said i dont inspect my clothes until i need to wear them. She said thats my problem. 3. I told the manager I would write a bad review she said she didnt care. Very bad place. Find another place to get your dry cleaning and alterations done. By the way.... This is my first review. I never had this kind of horrible service so I felt obligated to share with the public.

Horrible service. Turned my black and white clothing gray. They also over charged me on items by charging me a rush service on items that were ready for pick up in 3 days (time frame they promised to have items ready). Staff was super nasty, the lady I was dealing with was practically yelling at me when I was trying to explain to her why I should not have been charged the rich fee. In a nutshell terrible work and terrible customer service.

Ruined 5 pieces of clothing and a bag. Was advised by dry cleaning manager that all clothing are washed in machines and they dont reimburse for nothing. She said she was not a magician and not God, things happen. Also advised me not to buy such expensive clothing and bag. I cannot believe that. DO NOT GO THERE, unless you do not need your stuff. GO look at the better business reviews...BBB go see it

They are truly the best, I have some very high end clothing and always feel confident the the cleaning will be done correctly and the clothes left in perfect condition. I actually have brought some items that another competitor ruined and Pinnacle was able to re-do and fix the damage, the alterations are great as well, just love them. Dottie W

Absolutely THE BEST CLEANERS AROUND!!! The manager is always nice, and Andrew is always having a good day, because he always takes our dry-cleaning smiling. THANK YOU PINNACLE FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE and EFFICIENT CLEANING done to all of our shirts, dresses, comforters, and jackets! We are FANS of your GREAT WORK!
