Horrible... Do not go here! I dropped off my sons high school letterman jacket to have a patch sewn on it and was told $7.00 after their employee called the owner to verify the price based on the size of the patch. Then another employee walked in and said $10.00. I responded by saying "since no one is sure of the price here I will take it somewhere else. I should of followed my first thought and left. The 2nd employee said no, if the owner said $7.00, then the price is $7.00. I paid the$7.00 since they have a pre-pay policy and left. So, on the day I was going to pick up the jacket I received a phone call saying the jacket was ready however the price was now $12.00. I responded by letting them know I was not willing to pay the extra $5.00 after the fact. The young man said if I wanted to pick up the jacket I would have to pay the additional charge. I told him that I did not agree to that and they should know their prices. He put the owner on the phone and we had the same conversation... The owner then proceeded to tell me she would send it back to the semetrist and have her remove the patch and i could pick it up the next day with holes in it. I told her that my receipt said $7.00 and I agreed to $7.00. It was their responsibility to call me prior to doing the job to inform me of any discrepancy in price and allow it to be my choice whether or not I wanted to pay the difference. Her bad attitude only got worse, she then told me she wasnt going to argue with me and that I could pick it up today and abruptly hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional dry cleaners I have ever gone to. Imagine the treatment you would receive if they lost or damaged your favorite garmet. Then ask yourself... Is it worth spending a little less? Do not support dishonest businesss, eventually they will go out of business. I would give them a zero in the rating area if I could!

They dont even deserve a one star rating. I feel so stupid, I read all the reviews and still brought my wedding dress in because they were the only ones with a short wait time, I never write reviews but I had to for this conshow............ So I took my wedding dress there to be steamed and get the wrinkles out , they charged me 50$. They said it would be ready in a week mind you my wedding was in 10 days. I gave them 2 extra days before I picked it up. It hadnt been touched. I payed them 50$ to hold it for me and give it back more wrinkled than it was. On top of that I had to go pick it up at their Fort Pierce address, instead of the address I drop it off at. They gave me the runaround with pretending to call managers and supervisors and store owners and all this nonsense. All I wanted was a refund, obviously they dont do refunds because Ive read the other reviews and no ones gotten a refund from them beware. They told me the day before my wedding at 2 oclock when I went to go sort this business out that I should bring the dress back to the people who had it for a week already to actually do the job Ive already paid them to do on that Friday. I had my hair to do, I had wedding stuff to do, I wasnt going to sit at a dry cleaners for God knows how long the day before my wedding with my wedding dress because they couldnt get the job done in the first place. At lease when the Asians run things they stand behind their work, this was hood people doing hood stuff and treating customers any type of way. Go at your own risk " youve been warned".

They may be cheap but as the old saying goes: "You get what you pay for" I had a suit dropped off Monday that I needed cleaned for a funeral on Thursday. I was told it would not be a problem and that I could pick it up after 5 on Wednesday. After speaking with the lady who told me I could pick the suit up on Monday she said the suit was not ready and that she would check on it and call me back. She never did.... I called the cleaners back and the lady who said she would call me back was gone and the young man on the phone said he was busy and could not help me nor would be able to tell me when my suit would be ready. I went to the store and got there at 6:24 pm (Hours state open until 6:30) the lights were off and the store was closed. I rarely ever need dry cleaning so as you can see I used a shop that was not only very unprofessional but will also lie to you. One of the worst experiences ever!!

One price dry cleaners, it shouldnt be any price but free! In fact they should pay you so you can replace the clothing that they WILL ruin. On first glance it seems like any other low quality hole in the wall dry cleaning business. The place smelt horrible like dead fish I was repulsed by the odor.The women who works there has no business skills or education. She ruined a dress that I had spent 200$ on and needed for a party later in the week. Picked up my dress and later that night went to put it on and to my surprise it had been ripped. Asked the women to talk to the owner she told me she was the owner and told me she would do nothing. All I asked for was my money back for the so called service I payed for. She started to call me names and laughed in my face. This place is horrible DO NOT GO HERE!

I brought my husband brand new shirts for work to get pressed. Lindy the clerk helped me unpin the shirts she was aware they where bread new clothes. When I picked up my shirts they where all stained. I send them back to be cleaned again and came back worse. I spoke with Austin the owner and he guaranteed me he personally will take care of it. Today I came to pick them up and still the same issues. I asked Lindy to call Austin and he refused to speak with me. This is the worst dry cleaner in Port Saint Lucie, please people be aware of this company they have 3 or 4 more stores in the treasure coast. They suck your clothe will be damaged and ruined! They damaged 9 shirts at $75.00 each and they dont care cause taking them to court would be a big issue On the customer!

Nothing done the way I asked for it to be done. Sent it back twice, took two weeks of waiting, only to end up with an apology, a last minute attempt to iron my shirt in the store, and uneven creases with no straight lines. STAY AWAY!

Closed at 3:30 pm on Saturdays but was closed when I got there at 3:18 pm. Very disappointed.
