This place is the absolute worst! The customer service is none existent and leaves a lot to be desired. I typically dont have a need to patronize these types of businesses but I needed a blazer altered to fit me better. I had planned to wear it to a job interview today. I stopped by the store around 12noon on Monday and told the lady what I wanted done. She indicated she would be able to do the job. She asked for payment up front which was fine and I in turn told her I needed to pick up my blazer the following day. I made sure I showed up the following day between the hours they set for alterations, and of course I was preparing for an interview. There was another lady in the store, I gave her the pink ticket and told I was picking up a blazer. She skimmed the store and told me the blazer wasnt there and she didnt know when it would be ready. At that point I told her it was promised to me today and I need it. She gave me the store phone number and told me I can call the owner because she wasnt there and she didnt know when shell be back. Wow, really? I made 3 more trips there in an attempt to get my belongings and each time it was the same result, the blazer and the owner wont be in. Today, I stopped in after my interview and the owner was in. I said I picking up my blazer, she said excuse me, like I had no right to ask. I repeated myself and at that point she rolled her eyes at me and said its not ready yet and it wont be ready until 6pm. Really!! I said you promised it would have been ready yesterday, she looks at me and said you dont understand emergencies? Now Im not a difficult person, of course I understand emergencies but whose responsibility would it be to communicate with your staff and ultimately the customers keeping you in business? Im still waiting to get my belongings. I cant believe I had such a horrible experience for something so simple and if I had more time I could have done myself. I regret going there. I wished I drove a few extra miles to find a store that understands that as a customer I have options and without customers you are nothing. This is not the way to conduct business if you wish to stay in business.

This just might be the dry cleaner with the worst customer service ever. I dropped my clothes off on Thursday and was promised Id have it on Monday. 6:00PM Monday comes around and they tell me the truck hasnt arrived. Ok, fine. Ill check back on Tuesday. 6:00PM on Tuesday comes around and, hurray, they have my shirts! Ummm..where are the pants? The pants will probably be on the truck tonight. No pants. I have six shirts, but nothing to wear them with except my underwear. When we called the lady at the store, she said that shes not the driver and that she cant help it if they have too many pieces. I told her that the problem is that theyre promising service that they cant deliver. She tells me that a customer just walked out because shes on the phone with me. What??? I want a refund. She cant do that. I want the owners phone number. Cant do that either. Ok, when is the owner there? Hes hardly ever here because he has three stores. He has three stores??? Something I asked VERY sarcastically. THATS what Im trying to tell you! She says this without any idea of what sarcasm is. Please, with so many dry cleaners around, DO NOT go to this one!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, they certainly dont mind wasting yours! I went here simply because its the closest dry cleaner to me. When I went to pick-up at the schedule pick-up time, my clothes werent there. They told me to come back in 2 days, and they still werent there. Took over a week to clean 3 dress shirts. I gave the place up, then tried again. When I went in, the clerk is watching a soccer game on his cell-phone when I walked in. I said hello and he didnt even bother to acknowledge I was standing there. I asked him if he wanted my business and still no response. So I walked out. Go somewhere else.

Dont bring your clothes there! They lost my husbands brand new $60 shirt and kept giving me the run around each time I went to try to get it. First I was told that it was sent back because she didnt like the "spot" on it. Then it was "lost". She said theyd call me and never did. Worst of all, they say they are not responsible! How is that? So she gave me 20% of what I paid for the service, which was $2!!! So I was given $20 for a $60 BRAND NEW SHIRT! I will NEVER go back there! Now I see why this place has 1 star. Id give zero stars if I could!

they took my $4.00 advanced payment and lost my sweater ! so they refused to return my money and replace my "lost" sweater !! no one answers the phone ,leave message only and no one returns calls !! i shall take action against the owner !!

Right now Im giving them one star wish I could give them a half what busseness dont answer their phone very unprofessional
