Im a recent customer, however, from the very first day the impression I had about the quality of service was phenomenal. Blanca was very helpful, and still is. Blanca made my experience smooth, and enjoyable. Upon receiving the dress shirt that I had tailored a little note was attached with a detailed message thanking me for my business. Additionally, the shirt was flawless, they nailed the alteration, moreover, they had my shirt dry cleaned and pressed. I was very impressed, so much so, that I have already had more alterations done and each just as good as the last. I highly recommend them, the price is very reasonable, and for the quality and experience, I would say you are getting a bargain.

Unless you want to be ripped off for dry cleaning services, dont step near this place. I was so shocked at the price I had to pay. I paid $75.00 for 4 pieces of clothing that I normally pay an average of $30.00 everywhere else. There was nothing special about service, the quality or anything else. They even left the underarms of the dress with lint that should of been removed. when I called to complain the lady was rude and said she was with a customer and would call me back. Well guess what Im still waiting for that call.

Today was my first time trying out this dry cleaner and I was very pleased with the service! The employee that assisted me in the morning, Blanca, was very attentive to my needs and made great recommendations on how to best care for my business clothes. When I picked up my dry cleaning today I was very happy with service they provided. Overall they are very efficient and very knowledge! They have definitely gained a new customer today!

Blanca is very serviceable and is attentive with not just my needs as a customer but Ive also watched her with others. She makes sure we are each taken care of and our needs are met! Very friendly and always smiles. My alterations always come back on time and in pristine condition! She makes sure to help me out to the car if I have too many hangers to carry. Sir Galloway on sunset has outstanding service.

Great service! This is by far my favorite Dry Cleaner in Miami. Not only are they thorough and detailed, but they have great customer service. But my favorite part is definitely their pick up and delivery service which is (believe it or not) complimentary!!!! You must try them :)
