If I could give this place no stars I would. The worst service I have ever experienced and that might even be an understatement. I bring 50-100 dollars in clothes to this location once a week and they either mess up my order, lose clothes and act like Im crazy when I ask what happened or give them back like they threw them in the dryer and put them back on the hanger. I work in sales (insurance, real estate and B2B) so I get the language barrier down here but when there is absolutely no way to communicate with the person behind the register that is collecting money for your business you are going to fail. Plain and simple. I am in the business of providing high quality services to my clients and dont have time to mess with the problems this location has caused me. I will never ever be seen back at OXXO cleaners.

Do no let these people handle your clothes, drive 5 minutes out of your way for a decent place. Your belongings will return damaged or worse stolen. I tried to pick up my dry cleaning with receipt in hand. I was told someone else picked up my clothes. How is this possible i asked. They did not provide an answer they did not even look though the rack to see if it was mislabeled. As far as im concerned they stole my clothes.
