This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! My first encounter with my dry cleaning they miscalculated the amount of items I had and overcharged me twice! When I brought it to their attention they stated that they placed my credit in their system and they would credit me back in my next dry cleaning order. When I returned for my next visit and dropped off my items, my credit was not applied. I questioned Mildred and all she could tell me was that she doesnt know why the system did not credit me and this has happened to many customers before!! She told me she will discuss this with her "manager" and will call me. I followed up with her the next day and she stated her manager would be in Tuesday and Thursday and she will get back to me. I hadnt heard from her all week so I went back to pick up my delivery and followed up with her regarding my credit. STILL NO ANSWERS! She stated her manager was not there all week!! She then told me that I would have to wait for the next order for my credit to be applied!! If they know that the system is not applying credit and it has happened to multiple orders, why do they keep promising clients that the credit would be applied on the next order by their system!! Its a vicious cycle and I was tired of it!! Also, she claimed she has no way of giving me cash because she doesnt have access to the register! I asked her if you take cash from your clients up front before doing any work, shouldnt you provide cash credit to your customers?She still had no answer for me! Low and behold she then opened her register and finally gave me my credit back!! Huh? I thought she couldnt do it!! Lie!! All this poor customer service could have been avoided if they would just listen to their customers, stop making promises they cant keep and stop making mistakes on orders!! I will never return here again and advise everyone to go elsewhere!!

They ruined two shirts with a 1/2 inch puncture in the back of each shirt. The damage which can happen to any dry cleaner is understandable but the customer service in handling this issue was disgraceful. First when I brought the shirts to them with this issue they said they would call me and they did not call me for 3 weeks. When I went back they tried to fix the holes by sewing them closed and hoped I would accept this. When I would not accept this I was finally contacted by a supervisor Maritza. She has to be the worst customer service person on the face of the earth. First I was accused of bringing in 2 shirts with holes in them. Then I was asked what I wanted them to do about it. I asked for the value of the shirts to which they responded they were not new and would only pay up to 10 times the value of the cost of the cleaning $20. When I asked for the $20 per shirt which is way less than they were worth she said if you want a check I will leave you a check for $15 per shirt and she hung up on me. Very sad state of affairs. Do yourself a favor and use another Dry Cleaning place.

If I could give NO stars I would. The people at this business --from clerks to owners--are unaccountable. Case in point: Over a month ago, they lost a pair of pants to my suit. In response. they said: "well, you picked up the pants, we didnt lose them". When that didnt work, they stonewalled me. Repeated emails have gone unanswered. When I go to the store, they go mute. They leave you no choice but small claims court. BEWARE!!!

I will never ever give this company my clothes. He lost 3 of my pieces and I was a new customer and he acted like if nothing. Sucks for me I lost my money and didnt even acknowledge it. Advice I give you: count your pieces you give him. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I was looking for a good dry cleaning company Pinecrest online. Found One Price Dry cleaning, the owners work there and they provide great service. Its hard to find good service, I really liked them. Highly recommend.
