There are holes on the upper arm of my suit jacket after the dry clean, looks like very thick cloth pin was there, and the lady was very rude and denied everything. Wish i had picture before brought it in. They once damaged my wifes white dress by getting darker color on it. They did give me credit for that thats why I went back for the suite, oh well, no more
