Poor ethic + poor integrity = poor business. I brought several garments to have cleaned. When I returned a day after the promise date, none were available. I returned the next day, only 3 items were present. They told me to come again the next day to get the remainder of my order. I returned days later to find that one of my garments was LOST. I gave the operator 2 weeks to locate my garment, at which he was unsuccessful. When I confronted the operator, he tried to offer me a credit which is NOT satisfactory for a lost garment that I actually care about. When I stated this, the operator became defiant and insulted me by referring me to a posted policy which makes NO reference to lost garments, only delicate items that may be damaged in process. Furthermore, he offered to purchase another similar item for me to which I objected because this garment is no longer manufactured and I was DONE with this business and wanted no additional interaction, such as waiting for a garment to be delivered, additional phonecalls ANYTHING. Finally, after 20 minutes of frustration, I was given a refund for my service and a cash reimbursement for my garment(my suggestion). To add insult to injury ... after signing a handwritten contract that I would no longer make claim to the garment, the operator suggested that I was without faith and impatient(the nerve). 3 weeks is more than patient! I travel for work frequently and do not have time to bicker about the location of my property that was entrusted at the cost of $4.19

I moved to Miami from NY City recently. I was very surprised to see that getting my work shirts cleaned and pressed was more expensive here. Then, I found Dadeland Cleaners! They did an incredible job and their prices were great! I recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services. The prices might be reasonable, but you get what you pay for. I brought them 6 shirts to have cleaned and they ruined the buttons on five of them. The buttons were cracked and discolored, obviously from heat. When I returned and asked them to replace the ruined buttons they refused and would not admit their fault. Avoid this dry cleaner if you care about your clothes.

I went in to get my dress altered. And the lady kept complaining to and said she cant do it. She called her friend and spoke in Spanish thinking i wouldnt understand "theres a client that wants to get a dress altered but i really dont care if you can do it or not" shes a total ahole

Been to this dry cleaners a couple times now and I can say Im pleased with the results. Got my shirts and suit cleaned and pressed in time and the prices are more competitive than my previous cleaner. Will try the alterations service soon.

They destroyed everything I sent them. Hundreds of dollars of garments ruined and they cant even speak English well enough to tell you that they do not care and to leave and pay for it yourself.
