Dismal service, they lost my wifes favorite blouse and lied about it, making us think it wasnt ready on pick up date. When my wife called the next day, they said "there was a problem" but didnt tell us the blouse was lost. We had to personally go back and then they finally admitted it was lost. They followed their policy and reimbursed some money, but as a costumer, thats the least desired outcome you want, especially when you trust others with your most appreciated items. Im in the military and would never trust my uniforms in this dry cleaners. El servicio es pésimo. Perdieron la blusa favorita de mi esposa y mintieron al resepecto, haciéndonos creer que la prensa aún no estaba lista el día acordado. Cuando mi esposa llamo al siguiente día, ellos dijeron que "había un problema" pero no especificaron cuál. Tuvimos que ir y finalmente admitieron que había perdido la prenda. Siguieron su política y nos re-emoblosaron algo de dinero, pero como cliente, eso es lo menos deseado, especialmente cuando confías tus artículos favoritos para un servicio. Siendo militar, nunca confiaría mis uniformes en este dry cleaners.

Definitivamente el único lugar donde llevo mis vestidos de noches y prendas en general, el único lugar donde planchan a mano las prendas, quede fascinada, realmente se esmeran por el cuidado de la ropa. La atención es directamente por los dueños, la sra Rosa la considero ya como mi amiga siempre recibe a todos con una gran sonrisa y el sr Juan siempre te esta regalando chocolates o alguna fruta refrescante para que la disfrutes en el camino. Si tienen alguna duda de donde llevar la ropa, no duden mas este es el lugar.

The shirt returned dirty and wrinkled. The other shirt was not ready. I paid for dry cleaner and they washed and ? Iron. Horrible experience. The staff should understand the difference of high quality vs poor service. If you are looking for a poor service dont go anywhere, this is the place.

False advertisement! They said they were open until 7:30pm-I tried going there at 4:00pm and they were closed. Horrible !
