I sent some shirts to Airoso a while back. When I got them back, I noticed considerable damage to one that I didnt think had been there before. But I wrote it off, thinking I might just not have noticed. More recently, I took in a bunch of shirts - several of which had only been worn once or twice. One shirt, which had never been cleaned before, came back with wear all the way through the surface of the fabric on the collar. One, which had only been cleaned once or twice before, came back with stains that werent on it when I sent it in. Several have had the color faded significantly during the cleaning or pressing process - the original color is still there in a perfect line made where the front overlaps at the buttons, but any exposed fabric has lost its color. And several are wrinkled up down the front left panel - hey, they arent wearable until I press them myself, but at least they didnt ruin these ones. All in all, Airoso ruined about $500-600 worth of silk shirts in a single trip. There dont seem to be many options in PSL, but Id steer wide and clear of Airoso.

Absolutely the worst company. Customer service led by ownership makes promises to have work completed and cant stand by their word.
