Walked in here with a coupon they advertised. 10 peices for $30. I had 8 pieces, I asked the guy how much more would it would be on top of the $30 for rush. He looked at me like I had 2 heads, said his system is 3 days. I was looking right at Rush tags to the right of me, but this guy couldnt give me a straight answer. Had the worst attitude, as convo grew he asked me "what are you trying to do with this coupon". At this point I was already turned off by his attitude and service I took my clothes and walked out. Advice to owner, if you want to stay in business hire employees that are nicer to people. Especially to first time customers.

Customer service is not their speciality. They ruined a pair of my favorite shorts (expensive) and made me feel like it was my fault. They wet washed them. When I got home I read the label and it said "for best results dry clean only". The owner told me if she dry cleaned them, they would have melted. Did not offer to pay for their mistakes. This is not the first time our dry cleaning came back stained. They need to read the book "People Smart" if they want to stay in business. Im going elsewhere!!!!!!!

This place is absolutely terrible. The owner "blonde lady" "Amanda" is very rude and they gave me back my comforter with bugs and they have been bitting me to death but they denied full responsibility. Do not go to this establishment and is a poor excuse for a business. She didnt even clean my comforter properly they washed it it a machine when it was suppose to be dry clean only. They are terrible. Was also late to open her own store and her response to that was "theres not enough hours in the day".

This is the WORST dry cleaners I have been to--The blond woman Amanda is the owner--she is stupid and rude I dropped off my order on Sat AM and it should have been ready mid week--When I went back on Fri am to pick it up I was told the machine has been broken all week and my clothes have not been cleaned--If I have to give my phone # when I bring the clothes in then why couldnt someone call me !!! IN MY OPINION THEY SHOULD RENAME IT BIG CITY MISTAKE DRY CLEANERS

Just had conversation with owner Manny about some shirts that were messed up. He agreed that this happened in his store but refused to pay for the shirts. These were two Tommy Hilfinger, and a Nordstrum high quality and expensive . His store personnel did not have the integrity to bring this forward when it happened. The cost of doing business at this Dry Cleaner is two extreme to continue.

Amanda doesnt work there anymore. There is a Really nice guy at the front desk now. Im totally satisfied with their services!
