I took my king size comforter (white) to be cleaned. Not only are their prices high, but customer service wasnt good either. Told me to pick it up the next Friday but didnt bother telling me it had to be after 5:30. Then I go to put it back on my bed and in every crease there is some sort of black lint with a residue on it so when I try to clean it off, it leaves a brown dye stain. Not even worth taking it back- it seems pretty ruined. Wont be returning.

Its bad enough they dont open until 9 am but its 9:15 and they still havent opened. They are late. At least three people have walked up and left during this 15 minutes. Definitely changing dry cleaners.
