Went to pick up a package and they said they didnt have it but the tracking said it was received. As always the person working the front desk was rude and wouldnt even check the back for them. So the manager comes out and says they dont have them and after 5 minutes of arguing he agrees to go look. He comes back 15 minutes later and says they dont have them so I said Im not leaving without my package so he screams at me that he will call security if I dont leave. So I said fine call the cops too for all I care you have my package and I want it. He leaves to "call security" and within 4 minutes he is back with my package in his hands. No apology or anything he just shoved it at me and yelled at me to leave.

I spoke with one male employee over the phone today and he was speaking to me as if I didnt understand English and was a child. Not only was he rude, he was also disrespectful and thats not the attitude you should have if your entire job revolves around CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only reason why Im giving this place 1 star is because Google wont let me give it a zero.

Heres my problem. If i dont have any mail then why do i get junk mail from other ppl? I called I complained about it and still the same thing. I have packages and they havent been delivered to me today and i show on my app that they are to be here today.

Just wow! Its a really beautiful post office. A lot more fancy than Id expect for one to be. Of course the service was great too. Went in line and the job was done quickly and effectively, with a bonus chuckle gained from their cheerful manner.

Love this place, its gorgeous and in a great location. People are friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars if they had an after-hours drop box for packages, that would be total perfection.
