My mail is often lost. I order many items from Amazon, Ebay, Puritans Pride and others. If it actually arrives in my mail box, I consider myself lucky. I have had keys left in my mail box for the parcel boxes below, but when opened theres nothing there. I have tracking numbers that indicate my item was left in my mailbox but I never get it. I get other peoples mail all the time. When I call the Post Office theyre always so sorry and tell me theyll talk with the carrier, then nothing happens. Ive been told Id get a repeat call many times, but I have never received said call. Its unbelievable how incompetent the mail service is here in Ormond Beach and specifically here at Bear Creek Park. Ridiculous, frustrating, maddening, and unlike anything Ive experienced in any other state in which Ive lived, including 25 years in Fort Lauderdale.

The service is horrible and so are the attitudes. I called to ask about a package and Diane was nice when she picked up, but once I asked her "I was calling to see if you could check if you received my package". She then responded "well we have thousands of packages so I dont know what you want to hear". I proceeded to explain that I dont have a tracking number and I was supposed to get my package two days ago. Her response was to pause, suck her teeth, then aggressively reply that she cant do anything and Im wrong because the package should have a tracking number. " I dont appreciate being treated like Im an idiot , I dont work there so how am I supposed to know , most things I get dont have a tracking number. I have never had a good experience here, they act like its torture to have a customer.

They are diots. Horrible customer service. They were suppise to redeliever a package on 6/20/2017. I called that morning and they said the package wasnt there that its on the truck. 4:49 rolls around and no package. I call and they put me on hold for 15 minutes then tell me the package is there. It was a birthday present for a very sick friend in the hospital. Since it has to be signed,for, i now wont get redelivery of said package til friday the 23rd if they can manage to actually get it on the truck this time. Good customer service would be to send the driver back out with the package. Lesson, always use UPS or Fedex. I am done with U.S. mail. I will spread the word.

Post office delivered package to wrong address, did not want to rectify. Was hung up over the phone twice by this location. These incompetent people do not know how to do their jobs. Decided to go into the post office, as no one there was willing to help us, spoke to the Postmaster (old lady in charge of post office). She was very unhelpful, spoke to us in a degrading manner, and furthermore, threatened to call the police on us for demanding our package. If I could curse on here, I would be calling this lady every name in the book. They will steal your mail and packages. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!

My held mail was supposed to be delivered on August 10 and I got an email confirming the delivery date. About 3 pm on August 10, I phoned to find out why my mail had not been delivered (It usually comes between 11:30 and 1:00); no one answered the phone. I tried second time with the same result. Each time the phone rang about 15 times. On August 11 I went to the post office to pick up my mail and when I complained about the non delivery and the telephone all I got was a shrug of the shoulders. No explanation; no apology - nothing.

This post office is the worse! I have nothing but trouble getting my packages delivered! How can you return a package and not leave notice when its CHRISTMAS! I called on Saturday to find out the issue and Enrique said he would call back after he spoke to the carrier. No call back! So I called Monday morning and now my package is being sent back! This is not the first time Ive had this happen! Im sad I cant give this post office and 5 star being as my father worked for the postal service for over 35 years in the Daytona Beach area!

okay, cant blame the post office. I told the shipper NOT to use postal service because its useless. Again package lost and misdirected. Tracking number in their hands and they still look confussed. 3 trips to post office and still just a run around. People, keep with internet when possible or UPS or Fed EX they are still reliable. Post office needs be closed and allow a business to handle mail delivery, not the US government which has repeatedly proven its inability to deliver a simple package.

The problem there is the postmaster is just a paycheck to him. My mailman is a lazy bastard and so is the postmaster they are both incompetent. He lets others sign for my register mail .Joel 2:21 Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things. He looses all mail here. i had mailed stolen.you report bad service and nothing gets done.they dont care about their costumers. I hate everything about this post office.they all should get fire .if you cant do your job get out .

Customer service is very bad. Better and faster to go to Holly Hill.Had a great mail person, Vicky who was always nice and mail arrived around the same time everyday no matter what time if the year. Now my mail is delivered at many different addresses. Had a package that was on the truck to be delivered and mail man said nope. Funny I could see it. Now Im waiting 5 days for a package to be delivered from Orlando that has been "IN TRANSIT " fron Orlando for 2 days now.

Our mailman is great. He is friendly, and does his best to help us with our needs. That being said, this should not reflect his service. Anytime I call this office, I never get an answer. I have to call the other Ormond Beach office to get my information out there. I have lived at my current address for almost a year, and still get previous tenants mail here, even though I send it back every time. If I could change routes, I would. Very unprofessional at this office.

Apathy is the best word to describe this branch. I have contacted Amazon to request they use any shipper besides USPS. My packages frequently end up at a neighbor one street over (good thing hes honest), if they even try to deliver at all; then comes the dreaded orange pick up slip to go the the facility...I cant help but feel I am in purgatory every time.

DON seems to be the most experienced person there, and the most unfriendliest person as well. he has been my cashier for over 4 times, and he has never failed not to say HI or even lift his head up and see who he was serving.But rest of the staff have been pretty friendly so far..
