I dropped off a package to be delivered to Fort Worth, Texas. I dropped it off on 9/1. Today is 9/21 and it says on the website’s tracking information that it is still at the USPS facility. This website is NOT USPS, but it has an overall 4.5/5 star rating and I saw other reviews of USPS showing people had issues with delayed packages. I went in and told the lady that it has been 20 days, and the package is still at USPS. She YELLS at me, and says “that’s not true. We don’t keep packages.” She even called me a “liar.” She gets her supervisor who could assist me, they could not track my package because the tracking number was not a valid USPS number. I tried finding my receipt, but I could not find it. I was not expecting these issues to come up. After reading the reviews of this place, and how many issues people have had regarding deliveries and customer service, I highly recommend not coming here. They still have my package and are denying it. It is worth a lot of money, and they would not even go back to look for it. I have shipped packages at USPS before at a different location when I lived in another area. I had no issues of any kind. This place is the definition of “low-rent, rude, and lazy.” Do not come here. Come here if you want your package to be delayed, and if you want to be called a liar, be interrupted, and get no help at all.

Deserves zero stars. The past few months they just stopped delivering my packages. Not sure why. They also do not leave the pink slip to pick them up or give me a phone call. I finally lost it after picking up my last package. I have spoken with the managers and everyone in charge of this facility. Completely rude and saying I am a liar. I bring the tracking number to them saying it is at the post office. They say it isnt. They finally go to the back after continuing to call me a liar and ta-da it is there. This has happened several times over the past few months. Today they sent some manager to my house. I told him to go look for himself to see if the pink slips are in the mail box. They were not. Treated me with disrespect and tried to make lame excuses. Point is, this facility is rude, lazy and doesnt take care of their problems or their customers. Get some respectable workers already.

I wanted to give zero. I was born and raised here I know a lot of people in this town 20+ years and thru out my days the same people are rude and very sarcastic. For one they NEVER have the mail out by 10:30 as they say,you know the little light when its on the mail is put out. Every time I go there its way later then 10:30 and they are still working on boxes I can see the people thru my box. They are just lazy they had a child molester working there who smoked pot. They are just very all around rude in general even the Mr head honcho is rude as hell even if you deal with them and try to stay nice its like they are trying to make you pissed. I think they need to fire everyone and get new people.

If I could give no stars I would! My husband and I just bought a house and the post office refuses to deliver less than 50 feet from the assigned mailboxes when we get packages, because the road we physically live on isnt county maintained so I am on a weekly basis going to them to collect my packages! Also customer service is horrible. Dora was a complete B**** so now they will be losing my service I order from Amazon on a weekly/bi weekly basis and always do my major Christmas shopping thru them. I will pay the extra to never have to deal with these incompetent rude individuals again!!

My post office is avrage. However the postal carrier that delivers to my home is horrible. Their most recent attribute to the failure of USPS is forcing to large packages into my mailbox to the point of which it knocked the flag off and broke the mailbox. My doorstep is no more than 25 feet away from the mailbox however this lazy postal worker decided smashing packages into a mailbox and ruining the mailbox was the easier option.

I have had both good service and bad service here. Mostly, the service depends on how I set the pace. If Im in a bad mood they completely follow my lead. If Im in a good mood everything goes smoothly. Not great, just smooth. Im not sure this is the ideal model of customer service. It would be nice to go in and not have to make their day.

Inadequate parking and difficult to navigate, but by far the worst is the system they have for picking up items that need to be signed for. If you dont live in certain zip codes, you walk across the street and stand outside a poorly marked door for someone to locate your package. Its tacky, unprofessional, and completely not secure.

Completely worthless. SUPER LONG LINES. They do not listen to postal delivery requests. They leave my parcel on top of my mailbox, when it was stolen they said, too bad, call the police. They have cost me $300 is stolen mail since they keep delivering parcels even after I told them to not deliver them.

They cant or wont help you if you loss a tracking number.... will never ship with them again. UPS is much more organized. And across the street 1/10th mile. (But UPS has issues if your package goes into Jacksonville hub.) So leaning towards FedEx...

Always helpful. Tony is especially friendly and helpful. Had to talk with him quite a few times about a package we were expecting (none of which was his or the post offices fault) and he was nothing but cordial and pleasant. :)

If only I could give zero stars I would. This post office is slower than turtle shells two weeks they had my package. GET OFF YOUR A**ES and do your job. Overall horrible service avoid using this post office at all costs.
