Ive never dealt with laziness like this in my life, Ive only lived here a month and twice they havent delivered my packages, then proceeded to say they left a note, which both occasions there wasnt a note on my door or in my mailbox. The first time I had to go to the post office and the lady told me they have my package but I have to wait until they go out and attempt to deliver again, EVEN THOUGH I had my ID which matched the name on the package and everything, only when she realized they failed to deliver it for three days did she let me walk out with it. This second time same situation, except when I called they couldnt find my package and wouldnt call the person who is supposed to deliver my package because they MIGHT deliver it soon so I should just wait. Thoroughly annoyed, Ive never had problems with my mail like this before.

First I want to say that the staff at this location was very nice and accommodating. The reason for the 1 star was with the manager. after visiting the location twice, those visits being 4 days apart, and being told on both occasions that I would be getting a call from the manager I received no call. The situation has yet to be resolved. An overnighted package, now has been over a week since they claim to have delivered it.

I like the small town feel of this post office. Folks know your face and are happy to help you. Much better service compared to other locations in Orange Park. Thank you!
