Brought several packages to send via media mail. The prices seemed high so I asked the clerk to verify that the method of shipment and postage were correct. She said it was correct. $39 to send a box of books to California via USPS media mail. I asked if that was the same price I would pay at a regular post office. She again said yes there was no difference in the amount I would pay. I took my box of books to the regular post office and paid $21. Perhaps the clerk was not aware of the surcharge or maybe they just prey on unsuspecting consumers. Either way the post office is just down the street.

Amazing customer service! These are honest small business owners and good people.
