The USPS is one of the finest American organizations and is represented well by the kind people of this branch. Truly the unsung heroes of our day to day lives. Over the past two decades, Ive come to depend on the US Mail on more than just a few occasions. My experiences have all been exemplary, but tonight marked the coming of the praise thats been due for their services. Rolf is the manager of this office and without doubt understands the true definition of customer service. His quick action and timely follow up during my mail delivery dilemma were both above and beyond what I expected. A really refreshing end to my Monday afternoon. Between Rolf taking charge and my old neighbor Bill who shines as Jax Beaches US Mail clerk, these gentlemen are perfect examples of the professionalism of Jacksonville Beach, Floridas US Mail service.

This is absurd. Four times in the past six months alone, I have had a package returned to sender because of a "wrong address". Each time, I have verified that the address I have provided is correct, and I have verified that the merchant submitted the correct address. Each time, something mysteriously goes wrong in getting the package onto the truck with the correct address. And once the package has a "wrong address", this apparently is impossible to correct, and the package has to be returned. The last two times, this has occurred with major carriers whose shipping service doesnt allow them to simply send the item again, so I completely lose the items. Completely unacceptable. But of course, nothing can be done about it.

This post office is horrible! The staff is beyond ignorant and getting your mail or having your mail get to where it is supposed to go is way too much for them. I had a package that was addressed to canada show up in my mail. They couldnt seem to figure out how to forward mail from a PO box & out of 897 Christmas cards sent, 580 came back to me, torn up, stamped saying undeliverable address. I spent hours double checking addresses & all of them were accurate. Way to waste hundreds of dollars. Called to complain. Got sent to 4 different people, no one helped or even called back to discuss with me. This is why people dont trust the mail.

They were late to deliver the simplest and smallest of packages. On top of that they were incredibly rude on the phone. It took me multiple phone calls to final get through to someone and when I did they hung up on me before I could tell them my problem. When I order through fedex or ups I never have issues, but the usps just dont seem to get it. They are the absolute worst at what they do. I cant wait till either fedex shuts them down or drones take over. Either way, it will be a huge improvement. If I could give a lower rating I would.

The worst post office in the USA. They will load a package on the delivery truck, drive it around all day, and then take it right back to the post office, having failed to deliver it. As another reviewer said, this post office also likes to mark packages as "incorrect address" (and, of course, not deliver the package). Theyre probably trying to cover up their mistakes. With incompetence like you find at the Jax Beach post office, its easy to see why the USPS is going broke. Good riddance!

Worst ! Worst! Worst!! If you want to see bunch of "Lazy" peoples in one place then check out "USPS Beach Blvd" office. Staring from the supervisor to the clerks all are bunch of idiots. If you ask them what is customer service , you get the answer "Excuse me" or "What..." Not sure bcos they are lazies because they get low pay or it is USPS recruitment standard I wish I have another postal office for my vicinity.

Totally agree with the lowest ratings. This United States Post Office is, without doubt, the worst one Ive ever had the displeasure to use. It has the laziest, most unfriendly, snide remarking clerks that must be happy they work for the USPS and literally cant or wont be fired for their performance. They would never make it in the private sector. Use at your own risk.

Fantastic Post Office! This post office is a breath of fresh air!!! Smiling clerks, abundant supplies, short line = very happy customers! It puts my last branch to shame as Im positive the DMV recruits new staff from there since they were so apathetic and hated their jobs. This Beach Blvd branch is my new "Forever" post office.

This post office is everything you want and dont usually expect. They are efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Even when you bring a lot of packages at the end of the day. If it is busy someone will even come from the back to help out. Thank you Bill,Bob,George and Nicky

Got there today at 9.07 am the supervise cleck told we full for the day, I look in room theres 15 costumers most of them parents with children who needs passport because both need to be there. Its that what my taxes pays for 10 passports a day? For full time employees?Really?

The staff always remember your name especially if youre a local and its honestly a pleasure stopping in. Usually a line, but it moves quickly. The parking lot is a bit dangerous due to its design so watch out when driving through & parking/backimg out.

Every time I go there I am in line for at least 30 min. Today I was in line for 1 hour to pick up mail. They only had 2 people working and were so slow. The clerks were rude and were yelling at the customers.
