Had a package intercepted 4 days ago and have been getting the runaround on when the package will be sent back to the sender(ME) as requested. Ive called each day being told it will be sent back that day. I left my number with the clerk and provided the address. I check today and there is no tracking updates. STILL, no one has answers on why the package is still there or where it is. What is going on?? If it was undeliverable and returned back to the post office on Monday, 11/14, how can that be?? UNBELIEVABLE! USPS please educate your workers on the package interception process. They have no clue, whatsoever, on what to do. Now, Im being told that it will be sent out on the next dispatch today. I will update when I see progress. A whole week WASTED!

I would like to shout out to Diane at the Solon Post office. I order from Amazon regularly and for the first time I didnt receive a package after notified it was delivered (we are all human, mistakes happen). Diane went above and beyond to find the package and save the day! After a couple of days, she even went out to the area it was delivered to investigate. Turns out it was delivered in error to a near by business. She scooped it up and even brought it to me at work. Im giving her 5 stars :-) Thanks Diane!!

Two issues: When UPS hands off a package to the Post office the tracking is lost. A common practice with on-line purchases from Amazon. The Post office doesnt leave a notice, which leaves me in the dark. I just had a similar experience with a prescription package that was trackable, but the Post office didnt leave a notice that it was at the Post Office. I didnt realize until a week later, after tracking the package, that it was at the Post Office.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful desk associate. She talks down to elderly person in front of me who would like a new PO Box (because they cant reach their current one anymore), then refuses to give my request even the slightest bit of effort. I can usually pick up my package the day it is delivered from UPS, but not this lady, not today. Any other day 5 stars. This time, I wish I could vote for less than 1 star.

Horrible experience this morning. My wife and I came in at 9am for passports. We arrived early and waited for opening. The employee was extremely rude. She yelled towards us that passports do not start until 10am and that there were signs posted everywhere. Apparently everywhere means inside the locked portion of the post office where it cannot be read until you are inside and in line.

Everyone Ive gone to at the front desk has been so helpful when Ive come in to ship packages. Sometimes there are long lines and Im sure it can be a stressful job behind the counter, but they have always been very kind and helpful at this location. The hours they are open are very convenient too!

I live over here on Baldwin Rd in Solon and want to say thanks to my present mail carrier Renay. (The spelling might be off). He is very polite, always smiling and courteous. I never have issues with my delivery now that he is on duty. Please keep him on this route if he so desires. Thank you!

My package did not arrive when expected, so I called the post office and Reggie was very helpful in helping me get my package. I did not list the suite number in the ship-to and he called the driver on my behalf and the driver drove back over to drop off my package. Appreciated!

Clerk 10 was so pleasant! She was greeting folks with a big wave and hello! The girl working next to her was also pleasant. First Post Office that I have been to in Ohio that made you feel welcome! Shot out to Solon Post Office...3333 Station Street!

This office is AWFUL. They never answer the phone, no machine picks up and there is never a manager around to deal with the incompetent, rude staff. I am so pleased that my tax dollars are paying such wonderful people....

Long line when I arrived. 2 associates helping. In minutes another showed up. A few minutes after that another showed up, a manager maybe, with a fantastic attitude and helped clear out the place. Great service.

Horrible attitudes. Especially the woman in the middle cubical. Ive complained about her several times and nothing has changed. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Somewhere I get treated like a human.
