What a disappointing change in management since the integration of the two Chagrin Falls Post Offices! First: Know that a tracking number will NOT help you if the package is lost. The only way to track a package is to request a signature. Otherwise, the carrier can scan that it was delivered and it may be delivered to neighborhoods unknown rather than the actual address. If you file a problem online I assure you that they will NOT research the problem( 90days have passed and there is still no contact). Service at the desk( especially when the getting ready for lunch drawer change begins), creates backed up lines to the lobby. Desk employees put up roadblocks to my problem-solving.

We signed a lease in Auburn Township and are served by the Chagrin Falls PO. Our building uses locking mailboxes for mail delivery. I have requested a key to the lockbox in person 3x on 3 separate occasions and over the phone 6x over the course of 2 weeks, each time leaving contact information. I have not been given a key, or even as much as a return phone call despite multiple promises to "get to it today". -- UPDATE: This was finally resolved by Dan, who took charge of the situation and got us our key. Thank you, Dan!

Absolutely nothing! I have taken packages there multiple times and the packages have not left the post office for 3 or more days! Extremely rude and unhelpful counter personnel. Have refused to scan my prepaid labels to show they were accepted. All other local post offices, i.e., Novelty, Chesterland, Aurora and Solon scan packages and give me a receipt without any problems! There is one particular employee at this office that should not be working with the public!

I have never dealt with such unprofessional people. Every packaged I have ever had shipped to my home has been late, sent to another house, or just not delivered at all. Any time I call they are rude and unhelpful and have no idea where my stuff is. If youre unhappy with a company you can simply stop doing business with them and I wish I could stop all connections with this post office but unfortunately its not always that simple.

They do not mail out items on time, my suggestion is to make sure to take your mail or packages to another post office for delivery. USPS deliveries to my home are either late, I get the neighbors mail, or I dont receive my mail (ie lost). Since the merger, this post office has gone down excessively in quality and service.

Horrible customer service. Employees are unhelpful and extremely rude. My mail is left in the wrong mail box on a fairly regular basis! USPS should fire everyone at this location and start over!

I am now reduced to begging the carrier to stop forwarding my familys mail daily. After 4 months our mail is still being forwarded to a vacant address. Im not sure what to do next. Exhausted!
