I must have the laziest mailman ever. I order a lot of items online, usually fragile or do not bend items that are clearly written on the package...That Doesnt stop the mailman from wanting to get out of his truck to walk 10 feet and put it by my door. I have had to send many items back because of damage. Also, he likes to put my neighbors mail in my mailbox every other day.

Solid, small town Post Office. I lived in Aurora for a few years, used this a couple of times and never had any problems. I also never had any problems with mail delivery or any other issues the entire time I lived there. Perfectly serviceable.

They retured back my international priority package without any notice.(no notice slip, no text) I realized after its being returning to sender and theres nothing I can do. Worst service and terrible experience ever.

Michelle S gave me the worst customer service I have ever recieved. She treated me like dirt and spoke down to me in a way a customer service rep shouldnt. Such a shame coming from a good town.

Always get great service when I need to go in the have a package weighed for postage . This is the office that delivers my mail .It seems like I have a different mailman almost every day .

So frustrating. Its impossible to get any help, they dont pick up the phone. Their phone number is switched over to a fax machine for some reason. Please fix this issue!
