I have also had numerous bad experiences with this post office. Ive had a real jerk of a carrier for the last year. She crumples and ruins our mail, shes driven off with Certified mail as I stood in the doorway because I was not able to answer the door immediately and shed already left the note (and never came back with it the next day, even though Id filled out the note. I still have no idea what it was or who it was from). We CONSISTENTLY get mail belonging to previous residents although weve lived at this address for 2 years now and have informed both the post office and the carrier. When we mark the mail "return to sender, wrong address" it is scribbled/marked on and circled and redelivered to us, as if to say it is the RIGHT address, even though the person does not and has not lived there. When I called and spoke with the manager Brenda, she was very nonchalant and dismissive. She made it almost as if it was our fault that we were having these problems and that by not reporting them immediately she could not take any action "because she wasnt sure who the carrier was" (even though carriers are assigned routes and generally do them daily) My latest encounter with the incompetence at this post office includes a package addressed TO THE POST OFFICE that was left at my door. The name did not match anyone in my household (or even any of the previous residents mails we get) and the address was that OF THE POST OFFICE! How or why that package was delivered to me im unsure but when I once again called Brenda, she blew it off with a series of "i means" and "well, I dont knows". ultimately I was asked to drop it off to a post office or bring it in to them. And people wonder why postal mail is dying. Why would i trust my mail with people like these??

One of the worst customer relation experiences. I sent a media package from this location and purchased tracking on it. Once the package was confirmed delivered, I waited 2 weeks and discarded the receipt. Of course, a couple days later the package was reported to me as having never arrived. I went to the post office to get a reprint of my receipt and the original tracking number. Fortunately I was able to retrieve my Transaction number, date and time (w/in a 10 minute time frame) of purchase from my CCard statement. Unfortunately, I was told that to do the research to find the transaction would be difficult and time consuming and the supervisor Brenda Boyce would not do it. I have found this very discouraging and will never be utilizing their services again. In todays computer information age, I find it amazing a computer transaction receipt un-reprintable. Imagine if I were an FBI agent trying to track something shipped by an un-nice person, and I had all of this very detailed information and the "supervisor" of the post office said they didnt think it was worth their time. I do understand I should have not discarded my receipt, but this is ridiculious, Im a college student and I cant afford the 100 dollar loss on something that was correctly delivered by the USPS, especially when their two largest competitors are able to review and reprint transactions. Several very nasty adjectives come to mind, but UNBELIEVABLE, DISINGENUOUS, and PATHETIC are the most accurate in my experience. Id also throw in - Derelict in duty.

I have been using this post office quite regularly. Almost daily since I moved to Twinsburg over 12 years ago. Compared to other post offices in Amherst, Lorain and Vermilion it is by far superior. The staff can answer pretty much most questions customers have. Any problems I have had were because of another post office these people had to deal with. It is not always easy to get an answer from a post office out of state that messed things up. Houston Texas was the worst ever existed that I have dealt with since the old west quite using horses. Twinsburg usually can keep the line moving pretty quick and if the teller has an unsolved problem they can get help right from the back. The time consumed is usually by the customer with improper packaged items or not packaged at all, faulty addresses or more than one address, being on their phones, wandering kids, not understanding what they want to do etc. Not the post offices fault. They try their best and have to deal with quite a bit. Some customers think they should be waited on as soon as they get there. Those are funny to watch as they usually leave in less than a minute. Anyways give these people a break. They do their best with what they have to work with. The customer.

The parcel service from them is horrible!! My business closes at 5 everyday! And every single time they are scheduled to deliver something, they come after hours and then report they attempted to deliver. Lazy! They do it on purpose! They have done this at least 20 times this year. They force me to go up there and pick it up. they did this for a whole week one time. Everyday they claim claim they attempted to deliver something but we were closed. And one time they reported they actually delivered it, and they didnt. I drove up there, and that was akward.pretty sure they were trying to steal my order. Who ever does the parcel delivery is just a lazy, horrible human being. Its unfourtanate nobody at the post office is accountable to anybody.

Best post office ever, we never have any issues with them. People at front desk are polite and courteous. Also mail delivery has always been best. I have not lost anything in mail so far. On one instance we were expecting some urgent and critical document from USCIS, the mail missed the daily sorting but the people at post office understood the importance of a legal document and dropped it the same day (All this without us telling them to do so). That called caring about your customers and putting yourself in their spot.

I ordered a fairly expensive Christmas gift for my boyfriend, and the company didnt print my full addresss on the label. I got the notification that it was delivered, but there was no package to be found. I panicked, called Twinsburg Post Office, and Reginald said he would look into it. Maybe 20 minutes later, the postman had returned with my package!!!! Thank you for your phenomenal service as usual!

The service wasnt awful but I got a few rude employees. I feel like they didnt treat me seriously or handle my needs with care. I ended up wasting money and gas on trying to get my package for a time sensitive that I was supposed to get two days prior
