Since the USPS is too inept to handle the simplest of jobs, my order from Amazon was delayed. They told me the package had not reached their facility until after 10am (conveniently 10:15 am) and so it was still on the palat until they decide to deliver it on Monday. The real reason, is the USPS has certain days they deliver packages, and Friday is not one of them. If you order online, always request NOT to have the USPS handle shipping, otherwise add about 5 days for the delivery time. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. F-

Our mail man has been harassing us and our dogs for over two years now by pounding on the door until they get to barking, and like he did about 5pm today he stands in our flowerbed and knocks on the window to get them worked up even more. On the rare occasions Ive been able to get through to someone at the office Im told nothing can be done short of us picking up our mail at the post office instead of having it delivered! Ive been calling for the last twenty minutes and still no one will pick up!

EXTREMELY SLOW! Everytime I walk in theres a line out the door and no more than 2 people helping who take their sweet old time. They have no sense of urgency and have lost one of my packages and cannot find it. I have called and stopped in multiple times looking for my package and no one has call me back! I wish I could take my business somewhere else! Its no wonder the USPS service is slowly dieing off.

Very slow, take their good old sweet time. Always short staffed. usually there is only one person to take care of stuff. There was around 15 people, the line was moving so slow that I had to jump the line and ask for a address change envelope. I wish they keep these envelops outside so people can just take one and walk away.

The only good thing is the parking lot was finally repaved however its just too small. The lines are usually long, theres hardly more than one clerk, and the customer service just isnt up to par. I can see this place closing someday soon. I take the drive to Beldon Village simply so my day isnt possibly ruined

Dont EVER take your wedding invitations to them! They weighed ours 6 weeks ago, sold us the appropriate wedding stamps, and now those same invites need another 20 cents postage! How incompetent can one be? And there is NO admission of a mistake, nor willingness to satisfy an upset customer.

Service at post office is excellent considering how under/staffed they are. Owner of building refuses to upgrade facilities. Depressing place to work, but staff is friendly and helpful.
