I AM SO LIVID RIGHT NOW. My company paid $50 for an express delivery and scheduled pickup for a VERY IMPORTANT AND URGENT DOCUMENT. Not only did the postal service fail to pick it up at that PAID and SCHEDULED pickup time, but they sent me an email on Saturday saying it was picked up at the scheduled time. I didnt learn until Monday morning that was a LIE. When it did send on Monday and go out for delivery at 7am Tuesday, my Jacksonville office manager and I were on pins and needles waiting for it. It was guaranteed to arrive by 12pm. At 1pm that was clearly a lie. At 3 OCLOCK ON TUESDAY I got a "receptacle blocked" notice and failure to deliver. This is the ONLY day the mailman didnt bring the mail to our front office at the office. Every other day he delivers it to our receiptionist. Our receptionist is at the office and mailman made NO ATTEMPT to deliver before marking it as "receptacle blocked." I am so beyond frustrated with every step of this process. Ive personally used USPS for business purposes for years because it seemed reliable and have used these features. The monumental amount of ball-dropping that has gone on this week has cost us potentially thousands in business. Weve now opened TWO investigations with the national USPS service regarding this failed delivery. This is nothing but laziness, idiocracy, and incompetency!!!!!!!!!! I cannot WAIT to switch all shipping needs to FedEx or UPS instead!!!!!!

THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER PACKAGES TO OUR OFFICE. ALWAYS PUT THEM IN THE PACKAGE BOXES AFTER REPEATLY ASKING THEM & HAVING THEM PROMISE THEY WILL DROP OFF/PICK UP OUR MAIL MONDAY - FRIDAY LIKE MOST BUSINESSES ANYWHERE IVE EVER WORKED. OUR MAILBOX IS FAR FROM OUR OFFICE. HOW IS ONE PERSON SUPPOSED TO CARRY TONS OF MAIL (LETTERS, CATALOGS, ETC) PLUS 5 TO 10 PACKAGES? There is never a set time they come. Different time each day so it is hard to track the mail carrier working that day as it is never the same person. I had to call our old Post Office that we used at our prior office so they could get a hold of this post office since it is not a customer service center, only a distribution center. NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC. If this is your Post Office for your home or office you are basically SOL!

I will never again do business with USPS. I will also never do business with anyone using USPS. I live in an apartment complex. Tracking says my over sized packages were scanned as delivered to my mailbox, instead of the front office where oversized items should go. I opened a case # with their 1800 customer service number, it was forwarded and received by Robert Barton, the Supervisor from Customer Service at this local post office distribution center. I have called them and emailed them on and off for the last 15 days. out of all the calls they answered once and promised to call me back about my case. That was 5 days ago. I called back the 1800 number and they referred me to their Consumer Affairs Department. I hope they have better customer service. Wish me luck.

I rang this location several times today (Friday). Just as I was about to place the review that no one answers... I think Victor answered?? I asked my question and he has now had me on hold for several minutes. He doesnt seem very professional or enthused to help me. I had to explain my question multiple times. I am thinking that perhaps all of the reviews are very true. In the end he referred me to the website. My package is there, but he says I wont be able to get it until delivery fails tomorrow and they redeliver on Monday. Kind of Silly that I could come grab it now, but he says I cannot. Not very helpful >.<

If I could give this office ZERO STARS I would. They have lost a package that I was trying to mail. I have repeatedly tried to call the office and there is no answer. It rings and rings and then goes to a busy signal. When I finally did get through, the people that I have talked to have NO customer service manners whatsoever. I was on the phone with the lady and mid-sentence she cut me off and said she had to take a call on the other line. I continued to wait for her to come back for 10 min!!!! This is unacceptable!!! I have been trying to locate my package for 1 month and havent gotten an answer!! RIDICULOUS!!!

worst business office in america. hands down. dont even give yourself the headache of calling their phone, visiting their office, or thinking that the post office is capable of doing their job. Its unbelievable. Id give them negative stars if google let me. These people forget that they are dealing with other real people and not machines or robots because that flat out dont care about customer service or being polite and respectful to people. The post office is capable of making you lose faith in humanity

Recently turned in a change of address for my deceased family member to have their mail sent to my address. Once their mail started arriving, my mail stopped. Tried calling this post office at 3:15pm to find out why this happened and the phone rang almost 4 minutes without anyone answering! Worst customer service ever! and this is not my first bad experience with this branch. The problem is chronic and it seems they have no interest in making improvements.

This USPS is a joke. Im driving to the office and demanding they refund my shipping. The in ability to provide even the slightest customer service. Unable to reach anyone for 2 days about a delivery they failed to complete. I advise anyone and everyone to avoid using their services because it is nothing more than a waste of time and very frustrating. Never dealt with such unprofessionalism.

Called to complain bc my mailbox is still not fixed after being promised several times that I was on the "schedule to be fixed the next day". Well it has been a month now. I called to complain and made the mistake of doing it at 4:55 so Tracy put me on hold till 5 then I was hung up on at 5:05. Worst customer service EVER. Something should be done! Wish I could leave Zero stars.

This place is the absolute worst. Thirty minutes for someone to even come out to help me. And then another twenty minutes to not find my package. All because a carrier lied and said she tried to deliver a package and I refused it which never happened. I actually waited all day because I needed the package that night. Im beyond fed up. Is this what my taxes pay for?

Whats the point of having a phone if they never pick up?! I work full time, go to school, and currently 7months pregnant. My email says my package was delivered by my "local post office" but I never got it! Ive tried to call for three days numerous times per day and no one ever picks up!! The phone just rings a bunch and then disconnects to a busy tone.

Would love to give them 0 stars!!! I have to pick up my mail here while my commercial unit is under construction and they never answer the phone when I check if I need to pick anything up. So I end up driving out there ringing the front desk bell for 22 minutes before they acknowledge me, I can even see them walk by and hear them talking in the back.
