This post office on a consistent basis has friendly and helpful staff when you are going in, Ive been going for over 20 years. However, when delivering packages and answering phone calls its a totally different story. I had a package delivered yesterday that was thrown over my gate and busted open in the rain! Im not happy about it and in the past, theyve refused to even deliver my packages by saying I didnt have enough turn around space in my driveway (never mind the fact that everyone else can back out of the driveway with no problem), so Id have to drive there to pick up all my packages. Ive tried calling and the phone is just ringing off the hook. If they read their reviews.....Please leave my packages but since we get rain in Florida practically EVERY afternoon do what UPS and FedEx do, put the packages in a plastic wrapping with or without a note so they dont get ruined by the rain! And for Petes sake dont throw it over the gate if you cant gently set it down. Put it by the gate, Im happy with that too!

Today, 6/1/2016, is the third time I was expecting a delivery only to find out the person delivering to my house is incompetent or to lazy to walk the package up to my door. I received my normal mail just after 5pm so when I checked the tracking number on the package I was to receive it said a delivery was attempted. I have been home since 2:30 pm sitting in my living room. As I see it they were to lazy or too much in a hurry to get home since they were at my house at 5:03 pm ( at least that is what the tracking site said). So now to make sure I get my package I will have to be at the Post Office at 8:30 am and get the Post Master to find it for me as I have done in the past. Very poor personnel and management to keep having this same problem. They did not even leave a notice slip on the door. So that tells me they never came to the door. This is very frustrating as in all the cases I have paid extra to get the items the next day.

I am constantly getting others mail. I have called and complained to the manager at this location and it was like "oh well". No wonder the employees do not take pride in their jobs if the head person could care less. I know for a fact that I am not getting all my mail as I have a weekly paper delivered by mail and I did not get it. When I contacted the paper they said I was not the only customer to call that did not receive their paper delivered through the Ocoee Post Office location at 449 silver Star Rd. Ocoee, Fl. I know these people have to take a postal exam, because I took it in Alabama and scored in the top 10 of the class. How did these people get their job. Is it laziness of what. On a positive note, my regular mail carrier is very good, and very friendly, but subs do not have a clue as to what they are doing.

Left a delivery slip in my mailbox saying I could pick up my package at my apartment office, didnt give the office the package, and instead marked it as "Vacant" and sent it back to the sender. Now I have to wait for it to go all the way there and back again, and pay for shipping all over again. Deliveries are unprofessional and incompetent. The woman I talked to was nice, and it wasnt her fault, but they werent helpful in any way. Its just ridiculous.

The post office is unable to deliver my mail and place it in my mailbox after numerous complaints, Does anyone know how to file a grievance against the post office, they cant even do a simple job deliver mail !!!!!!!! I would like to leave a 0 star review but am not even able to do so, they dont even deserve one star that would be giving them credit for doing part of a job. What a bunch of incompetent buffoons

If I could put no stars, I would. Worst customer experience ever from a woman named Mimi. If she is ever there when you are, I am so sorry! I will be taking my PO business elsewhere after my third horrible encounter with her. On the other hand, everyone else has been wonderful!

No clue why they even have a phone they wont answer it! Package handler in the Landmark at Stafford wont deliver your mail if you are new. She refused to deliver my sons package then after a week sent it back although I made several attempts to get it!

I attempted to call the post office during normal business hours repeatedly back-to-back. After calling nonstop for 20 minutes, no one ever answered the phone. Is it any wonder that the post office is going out of business. Horrible service.

Get ready to step in to the SLOW MOTION ZONE. The postal employees seem to move a the pace of a 100 year old turtle. Ive never waited so long in my life to ship out a package. They are nice folks, just SLOWER than molasses.

Great people. In my business we use there services quite frequently. The staff is always polite, I have had bad experiences at other locations. However here they take excellent care of customers and are very quick.
