Very disgusting attitude from a lady named Kim. I had asked her name bc my husband called an hour ago and claimed that the lady who answered was rude. He asked me to call. Well that rude lady is KIM. When i did call she was so short and snippy. This place should be absolutely embarrassed to have her as an employee. All she did was repeat "we still got carriers out" when asked other questions she again said "we still,got carriers out" I didnt understand what a carrier exactly did. Ex:just daily mail in our mailbox I said to Kim. She responded with "I dont get what your not understanding" and kept repeating the exact same thing. Didnt try to explain it. When i tried to explain what i didnt understand she yelled over me. I said that she was being very rude. She continued to yell. Not sure if they read reviews, but im sure my husband and i are not the first ones Kim has been ignorantly rude with. My guess is she probably didnt know what carrier did exactly.

They provided the worst service of any post office Ive ever been to. I have had problems with them several times. This last time I tried calling ahead to reserve my postage because I was buying quite a bit. I called 6 TIMES over 3 hours and not once did anyone answer the phone. Horrible, horrible service. I resulted in driving there at which point I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to even take my order. The staff at the counter were rude and disinterested. They even seemed annoyed that they had customers. If I could leave zero stars I would.

SATURDAY between 1030AM till 1130AM - Ive been her a half dozen times during this period... NEVER WAITED ONCE. Cant explain it - NEVER happened anywhere else. Friendly staff - but I i know what Im doing - but the pleasantness is a nice perk.
