I called to ask a question about my DHL package that I had delivered to them instead of my home because Im not home during the day. The woman who answered the phone was clearly irritated when I asked a clarifying question. She sighed loudly and put me on hold, presumably to ask another employee the answer to my question. When she returned to the phone, she was very short with me, even when I explained the answer I had been given by DHL. When I thanked her for her time, I also asked for the name of her manager. She snapped at me that her managers name was Terry and that it was the same person that had been answering the questions when I was on hold. She was clearly very irritated that I had asked for her managers name. I then had to call DHL, relay everything to them, and they had to call and reiterate the same information I told the woman on the phone. Very frustrating and not good customer service at all. I will never have a package delivered here again. Id rather take the day off from work.

If I could give ZERO stars I wouldve!! Everytime I go with my man to the location on SR 16, theres always some kind of issue. The staff are always rude and seem to have a never ending attitude. Its not like we visit there often, every few months or so, usually for notary services. Not once has everything gone smoothly and attitude free. DONT GO HERE!! I recommend the UPS STORE by WINN DIXIE off US 1 NORTH!

I use a lot of fedex dropoff locations with my business. This is the ONLY location that EVER wanted to charge me a tape fee!! Even the manager was rude and she still insisted on a tape charge. I took my package with me and conduct my business with others that are more DESERVING of my business. Unbelievable how most business want to nickel and dime you these days!

Each time I go into this location they are always super busy and you have to wait in line. They wont even give you tape to secure your packages without charging you the girls never seem to have some type of attitude each time I go Id rather just drive the extra 7 miles up the road and go to the post office instead of dealing with them

Tried to get something notarized twice was one being a Florida birth certificate application the other a scholarship form both times were a nightmare.... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.... no one was rude except for you...as far as your staff goes they tried to appease us, you however SENT US ON OUR WAY

Overpriced. They wanted $40 to ship a box that I ended up paying $12 to ship elsewhere. I tried to support local, but they didnt seem to want my business.
