Visited the office on Monday June 12 at 1300 hours. Customer service agent wouldnt allow me to send package unless I purchased tape, because it was a parcel return service, pre paid label. I left and went to the office 4 miles away in deltona, where they gladly offers me tape to use and sent my package out for me. I will never visit this location again.
