I bought an item on EBay and Burton post office keeps sending the item to Novelty and I live in Newbury. Issue is why isnt my item if miss sent not sent from Novelty to Newbury or back to Burton then to Newbury? Instead the item is sent back to Cleveland and back to Burton and continues its endless circle over and over again

wouldnt even give that anymore new driver messing up giving us other peoples mail, up and down street 3 or 4 times forgetting packages ,go on line to check on package says left but cant find anywhere then next day delivered terrible service in the last couple months
