A total of three packages lost, per tracking show delivered. Went to office with the tracking numbers spoke to a worker they took my name and number claimed someone would contact me. Three days later I called USPS and filed three claims for my packages the following day a supervisor calls to check and states delivered to front porch. I questioned this because online it states mail box, places me on hold and they gets back yeah that is where the carrier put them at the box. So either a worker misplaced my items or stole them either way extreme lack of professionalism in regards to others belongings. Supervisor claims he will take up with Post Master, will update if warranted.

I have to agree that this is the slowest Post Office with the rudest employees that I have ever been to also. I even told the man waiting on me that he was being rude. If you dont know what you are doing and it is taking forever, seems to me you would want to be EXTRA nice. A man came in and needed a peice of tape, they told him that he could by a roll. My regular Post Office always gives people tape, helps them to pack things. He left and went else where. With all of the problems with USPO and the closing of so many offices you would think the a little kindness and a peice of tape wouldnt hurt.

This is undoubtedly the worse post office in America. The worst of the worst. Besides not forwarding your mail they are also the biggest theives in New Smyrna. This is the second item they have said the have delivered and have on their report as delivered . Only I was by the door and it was not delivered . We also have securit cameras and no one can me up to the house. The post office lady working in as dumb as the come. Do I am filing a police report after breakfast

Terrible Service. I guess the carrier doesnt know how to read because my package said in Bold " Do NOT FOLD OR BEND" It was crushed and not only that it was delivered to the wrong address. He cant tell 16 from 17th. They dont care. This package was Priority. Going to the Postmaster lets see if I get any results. I doubt it. Ive been there before, its like talking to a wall. Dont bother trying to call. They take the phone off the hook.

My passports was mailed in a flat rate cardboard that the delivery person squeezed into my apartment mailbox; The results, my passports that I spent $135 on were all bend and are unable to remain close. I called and spoke with Claire, who claimed to be the manager; She did not empathize with my situation and could care less.Thanks New Smyrna Beach Post Office!

Very busy almost all the time. The people are nice though. They also have a nice selection of greeting cards, if you need one to mail at the last minute. I never saw that in a PO before, but really liked it and thought it was very smart.

To say this Post Office is poorly run would be an understatement! Government employees; what do you expect. If it wasnt for this job, not one employee would be qualified to work at McDonalds. I could rant for a month but this will suffice.
