If I could give it a zero I would. The lines are always 10 people deep and slow but worst is the service you recieve once you finally get someone attention. The manager is the worst, from the second you say you have an issue she is defencive and rude. I lost a package from christmas and after sending in all the paperwork and being told it couldnt be recovered I went to collect my insurance money. The second my paperwork was handed to her she was snobby and rude. She asked how I was and I sad alittle upset collectable magazines were gone but thats what insurance was for and her responds? Shouldnt have shipped it ground. She was so snarky that I had leave besides she was refusing to fill out the paperwork to claim the insurance money anyway. Will never go back and will be leaving reviews everywhere to warn people to not waste your time with this place!

HORRIBLE!! With service like this, its no wonder the USPS will soon be obsolete. In addition to being completely incompetent in... oh I dont know... DELIVERING MAIL, and refusing to follow simple directions, when called to find a solution to this ongoing problem, they flat out refused to do anything. Can you call the driver? Nope. Can we schedule another time? Nope. Can you leave the driver instructions? Nope. Youll just have to come in and get it yourself, they said. And then they gave me incorrect business hours... If I ran my business like this, I wouldnt have a business to run.

Right off guy behind counter was very quick to tell me the hours of the passport and that it technically closed 15 min prior. What brought 0 stars to a 4 star was the wonderful woman at the passport desk. She whispered that she would help me anyways. She demonstrated the customer service we all deserve. Thank you Roberta for making it a great experience. And your boss (post Master) should be happy because Im the first to give your office more than a one star experience!

I have been trying to call this office for the last hour and get busy tone. They could not do a simple address change. And the postal lady that delivers the mail is about as smart as a bow of rocks and knocking on doors asking where I moved to. No of her business. Not very happy and i will be at this office tomorrow.
