I have had multiple things go "missing" that were mailed from this post office and that were coming in from this post office. The most recent issues for which no one will address: 1. TODAY 7/10/15 - The post office claims someone named "Cathy" signed for a package at my address at 8:10 am. Not only does no one named Cathy live here or has been here, no package was delivered. I am now in a back and forth with an Amazon seller over the issue. Because the the Rockledge Post office claims to have delivered it, I am supposed to take it up with them. They wont answer the phone and if you go in person they are rude and dismissive. I will return this afternoon to file another complaint. Another package went missing last month they took the phone number and never got back to us. We went back in there about it, no one new anything about it and they took the phone number and info again but I still have no info on that one either. 2. FREQUENTLY - on the order of at least once a week I receive mail for other addresses in my locked box in Three Meadows. I then go put the mail at the address because I once tried to give it to the postal person who refused to take it. Twice I have had mail tucked in my front door when I got home from work since January 2015 and at least two other times have had neighbors bring mail to me in the same time frame. 3. I have had three pieces of mail in the last month that I had to have reissued to me because they mysteriously went missing and were never delivered.

My rent check, which I had sent to Orlando from my mailbox in Rockledge a week early, was returned to my mailbox three days later! Explanation was that the machine sometimes misreads addresses. So, I placed it in another envelope, printed the address as neatly and clearly as possible with obvious TO and FROM designators and re-mailed it. Five days later, my property manager has not received the check and is charging me a $50 LATE FEE. Postmaster advised to always put a tracer and send priority mail with signature when mailing rent checks because sometimes mail gets lost or stuck in the machine. Also advised to use bank checks or money orders so I dont need to stop payment if check is lost. I was also told its become a joke about how there are more errors with computers than there were when mail was sorted by hand. I was promised that if it is actually returned to me again, to bring it in so they will Express Mail it for free. Postmaster was extremely nice and apologetic, answering the phone and spending the time to talk to me after hours about the mishap, and I understand mistakes can happen, but I find this error to be BIZZARE, INCONVENIENT, and COSTLY!. :(

Had a package stolen from within the office and it was a cover up from top to bottom. The package was not scanned in, never found. It required a signature, and was insured. All I was told is that sometimes packages go missing. No one wanted to help, but they acted like it. Just gave me the run around. Very suspicious what happened to this package. I tried to call to asked about it. I was hung up on, told they would look for it. When I called back the next day they never heard of the lost package and ask for the info again. Called back again talked to someone different, they dont know anything about it. Called the next day and talked to the same person and she forgot everything and had to write it down again. They said they would get the postal inspector on this, but I dont believe them. Package still hasnt been delivered and tracking number never registered. It was stolen within the post office and more than likely and I suspect a cover up.

I live in Mission Bay is ridiculous how many letter I get in my mail box from other people, yesterday I get a letter from Social Security from apartment next door to me, I mean this is personal material with Social Security number and all. The mail men come after 5 pm I thinks he is in a hurry to get home and doesnt pay attention where he depositing the mail I am having this problem for quite a bit now. The person who is delivering the mail do not qualify for the job, one of the testing before be hired is that pay attention where the mail goes, the guy goes in the white van not even in a post office little truck. I call the post office this morning and there an answering machine answered to leave my name and phone number, really? I think I will have to go in person. Mail is a federal property it have to be handled as such.

I ordered a package from Amazon with Prime 2-day shipping and still have not received it. When I tracked the package, it says that it was delivered and left in my mailbox. Nothing at all in my mailbox. When I try to call to ask what is going on, this post office will not even answer the phone. $55 down the drain and a missing Fathers day gift. Thanks a lot for your great service Rockledge Post Office!!

Had some issue with mailbox and delivery of the parcel. Mitch answered my call even drove over to Chelsea Park and assisted - felt like dealing with private caring business not ....thanks Mitch USPS should be proud having you on board.

When I checked on my my package it said out for delivery from rockledge at 1pm nothing arrived. Then at 8pm the website updated my package saying arrived again at Rockledge usps.WTH?????
