Disorganized and unpredictable. Everything about this "post office" drips with incompetence. Whether youre picking up small parcels or large deliveries, you will be lucky to find a time when theyre not closed. First and foremost, this office does not follow their own posted hours of operation. According to their website, the office is open from 7am - 4:30pm. However, if you arrive at 7:15am or 4:00pm- well within their operating hours, you will be welcomed by the shiny metal roll down door blocking the reception window. In addition, a select few of the staff are incredibly rude, and will speak down to you god forbid you take an extra second to produce identification as per their overly complicated pickup system. Truly an experience I will be excited to leave behind.

A lot of packages come in on Saturday and they are always closed, which is very inconvenient for a lot of others and myself. Always get the notification of delivery exception and my date for re-delivery is pushed back into the following week. Also, they notify you to come in 2 hours after they receive your package and still on some occasions its not ready. And on a side note, some of the employees will talk down to you as if your stupid for leaving off your box number on the package. If they havent noticed, I cant control what is on the address when its a care package from my friends and family. Dont bother calling me stupid when its not my mistake.
