Exceptionally helpful in getting me my package that I needed delivered that day immediately. Made special exceptions for me, due to my own negligence. Even if you think that you have cleared snow or ice make sure to throw salt down every day!!! It was my fault my package wasnt delivered on time but you have to stop and think these workers are out in those conditions whereas we just have to step outside for a few moments to handle the problem and ensure safety for everyone

I have not received one of my disability checks from the post office in the mail that comes from Canton Payee Center. The Canton Payee Center said that i have should of received both checks and i only received one of my checks from the mail person last week sometime between 10-24-29 of 2016 when i should have received both! I would like to know what is going on with my mail especially when i should be receiving my disability money in the mail!!!

Friendly helpful staff. No wheelchair access. Funny how that is when all downtown buisneses have to have wheelchair access and handicapped bathrooms. Thus 4stars. Shameful. There is a sign on the drop box at the street to call a number if you are wheelchair bound. I guess they will Come out to serve you.

Loses my stuff and lies all the time. I clear my steps of snow and they refuse delivery. They deliver to the East address instead of mine and they are rude about everything. Hate living here and forced to deal with their crap.
