If I could give them a zero I would. I received horrible service from this business!! I paid over $800 to have my car painted in October 2010. All was fine and my car looked great. fast forward to summer 2011 and the hood of my car begins to peel. I cant believe that in less than 1 year my cars paint was already peeling! so I took my car to get the warranty and get it repainted and august 2011. these guys gave me the run around for weeks. 1 guy would tell me it would take 2 days, another guy would tell me it would take 3 days another guy told me 6 days. I could never get a straight answer of how long it would take. I dropped it off on a monday I received it on a wednesday afternoon. when I picked up the car it was filthy absolutely filthy. there was dust on everything footprints on the floor leaves and dust and dirt it looked disgusting. I couldnt believe these guys gave me this car looking so dirty they didnt even vacuum it or clean the car. the customer service was horrible. the manager was rude an incompetent. the business itself is dirty even inside everything is full of dust you cant even sit down. I will be calling the customer service number and putting a full complaint. I am not satisfied with the service at all. the manager told me that my car had rust and thats why it was peeling. oh why would they repaint it if it had rest and thr warranty would only be 90 days for rust. its not my fault though they did a bad job the first time. if you are looking to get your car painted do not go here!!! unless you want to do a horrible job and receive horrible customer service. I cannot believe they are in business.

I brought my tailgate in to be painted on a Wednesday, picked it up Friday evening, it had a dimple dent on it. I mentioned it to the manager and he agreed that its the first time he had seen the dent and for me to call back Monday so we can resolve the problem. Called back Monday and he wanted to charge me for a new paint job, I called Maaco Main Office the same day, they called and talked to the manager and he said that he advised me of dent and I did not want to pay the extra 20 some odd dollars to fix, thats when I wrote to BBB. Met today for the first time with owner of Maaco, nice gentleman name Marvin. He said the work order did not say fix dent and that manager advised me of it when I took it in, so he said he would not fix since I should have read posters in office. I have a rather new truck with scratches on tailgate, so I am going to pay someone over $200 to fix but not pay an extra $25 to fix a dent (that was not there) AMAZING I fully understand when you repaint something on a smooth metal surface that afterwards a dimple dent can be seen, I accept that I may have missed it as well as the manager when I turned it in. Manager said I was getting the premium paint job, at this juncture since it was not on work order I can only assume now I got the least expensive also where the scratches are you can see the scratch line, you can see there was hardly any sanding done, I guess sanding was not on work order either. What I do NOT accept is a fabricated story. I would NOT recommend anyone to do business at this location. Poor work and dishonest

i brought my 20 year old wheelchair lift van to this body shop on April 1st 2016. it was i faded and had rust areas on it. Kenny looked it over and informed me that there is an extra charge for any rust areas. i said fine. there was no mention of a 90 day warranty on rust areas.(the rust areas t being the main reason i was getting it repainted). Fast forward to Sept 9th 2016 i brought the van for him to see the rust was back on the same spots .he said no problem call Monday and we will get it back in and take care of it.My husband called Monday the 12th to be told about the 90 day warranty on rust ."rust is like cancer " he said..Maaco corp called today and said same thing.. save yourself the trouble if you are local go to Ford or Jerrys(does good work) or recovery room. all in Deland. .guess it was an April fools joke on us. i never used them before nor will i ever again.( my receipt has no mention of the rust warranty either. why did he not tell me about the "rust warranty" when i went on Friday?? would have saved me from wasting my time... if i owned the franchise i would put it in writing so there would be no questions later

This shop is amazing! I have been here twice and each time the service has been GREAT! Kenny is very personable, very courteous and knowledgeable. The service is EXCELLENT. The body work, paint job, and customer service has always exceeded my expectations. We own 4 cars and if we need any work done we will come right here. The price has always been VERY reasonable. Im not the type to write reviews, but with the service I have received recently, I HAD to share my experience with anyone considering having body work or paint job done at this location. Hats off to Maaco in Debary!

Trust me this place has no organization and down right no quality control at all! Im saying this because I personally worked there for a very short time. Owners have no clue how to make anything work and have no clue what auto body repair is. There Lucky they have the employees they have. No body shop on any level would operate how they do. But they have a lot of potential. Shop management has no clue!! Slave drivers for under standard pay!!

They real shady. When they mess up, dont expect them to do the right thing. I have had two cars painted there, and there will not be a third. If you contact customer service with your complaint, the merchant will just deny any wrong doing.

Took our truck on because of leak from back window n rust on roof. They put new window in n supposedly fixed the leak. Guess what. Roof is rusting again and truck is still leaking. Of course a few thousand dollars later. No better.
