Terrible communication. No one called to tell me the repair would take several days longer than promised. When I picked up the car, the external temperature sensor had been installed incorrectly, so another week of repair was needed. When I got the car the second time, again later than promised and no call, the head light didnt work (it did work when I took the car in). They denied responsibility for the broken head light. They had the car twice and for 2 weeks, and I still had to go to a dealer for another repair.

I am still in shock at how wonderful my car turned out. Everyone so was warm and helpful! I highly recommend!!! I had damage from my front quarter panel to the back panel. They worked magic; paint matched exactly, and even fixed up a few minor dents that were my fault and close by the damage at no extra fee. And to top it off, they worked out the down time with my regular shop so I could get in for a tune-up on my engine. I could not be more thankful to them all!

Had a lot of issues with the work they did on my wifes van. Poor communication, constant delays. Inside of van was filthy when returned..greasy finger prints everywhere, tint was scratched on drivers window, plastic molding broken when reinstalled, and drivers seat loose when bolted back in. On the positive side they did cover the rental for the extended period since the delays were their fault and they replaced the scratched window tint.

The rear of my vehicle was completely caved in from a wreck. They had a tow truck pick vehicle up and bring it to the shop. I was updated during the entire process, and when I picked vehicle up it looked as if nothing had ever happened. Highly recommend!
