During 1st and only experience at Prostar Bodyshop was nothing short of AMAZING!! James Kumpf is a very Honest and Genuine person to say the least. Within a matter of 5 minutes, James helped reattach my bumper, knock out a small dent and buff of some minor stratches on my car. I was completely amazed with his excellent customer service. My Toyota dealership quoted me $1000 dollars to repair those problems and James did it from the kindness of his heart in a matter of minutes! It truely proved to me that there a still some great people around because he couldve took advantage of me like the Arlington Toyota Dealership, but instead he was honest with me and told me my damages were to minor to set up for repairs and he solved my problems right then in there. Prostar have definitely gained a new customer because of James Kumpf going forward and Im going to refer all my family and friends to Prostar as well! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Elton is very helpful and trustworthy. I was dealing with an insurance claim from an auto accident. If I would have let them do the initial claim assessment vs doing the photo claim with esurance, it would have gone smoother as they would have been able to order all of the parts they needed earlier on and not had to wait for supplement approval. I attribute any delays in my car being completed to the insurance dragging their feet on approving supplements and one wrong part arriving which was out of their control. I was without my car for a couple weeks but they were very communicative and nice throughout all of it and my insurance covered a rental vehicle. When I received my car, the outside was washed and clean and my tires were shiny. I would definitely recommend their team to help in the future.

Just bought a Mercedes GLK 350 from Andy and Kathy. This company is a class act, very helpful, and a plethora of knowledge willing to share. We drove from Atlanta to purchase the car. Prostar was accommodating with all our requests. The final transaction was smooth. Make sure you say "Hey" to Cooper. I would most definitely buy a car from them again.

Had a car rear end me, wasnt major damage however enough to raise concern especially since the car was only 1 year old. I didnt catch the gentlemens name that helped me because thats how fast he fixed it. It was early in the morning and I had just got done with a 3 hour drive. These guys provide such a good service! Would recommend to anyone!

Recommended. Went to ProStar for an insurance repair in 2010. They did a good, timely job. Went back after road debris caused damage to a bumper - they snapped it back together, no charge. Great service!

People are good, but car was not given on time had to pay for car rental extra 2 days and had got a bonus scratch on the door, and the paint job with new bumper is not exact match. Was not happy.
