I have to say that this was the very best body shop experience I have ever had. I have to admit i was skeptical since the insurance carrier of the guy that hit me really pushed one of their networked shops. I arrived and the agent who had an office in the facility estimated my car in about 15 minutes . I drive a Porsche and of course I have a tendency to use whomever the Porsche dealer recommended but I decided to interview the shop anyway. I met the guy in charge, Bob, a real car guy who was just professional to the core. In a 15 minutes conversation he totally won me over and I was intrigued by his claim that he could repair my bumper as opposed to replacing it. I think having the original parts is a good thing,but i have t tell you it did not look promising to me, but Bob made his case and it made sense. I saw the shop itself, you can always tell a well run shop just from looking and this was obviously a well run shop. I dropped my car off on Monday, Bob said he might have it back by Wed, but they found some underneath damage so I knew it would take an extra day or two. I picked the car up Friday and it looked brand new. There was absolutely no sign the car was ever damaged and i have a decent eye for these things. Running my hand over the damaged bumper and it is as smooth as a babys butt. The car is perfect, PLUS they cleaned and detailed it to boot! The car looks fantastic. This shop was the very best body shop experience i have ever had, The work quality is first rate and customer service is genuinely top tier. This shop has my highest recommendation.

I have to thank Mark Hodgin and the staff at the collision shop. They did everything they said and I got my truck back on the date they promised me. Which I took my truck in for a estimate first and they gave me a date to come back to drop off the truck, then they told me this many days to complete. My truck is the life line of my business. Yes, the rental car company provided another truck for me but it was a pain dealing with their rules and making sure you dont even put dust on the paint or they charge you extra. Great job Mark and his team Thanks again for your help!

I went there for a dent repair and this body shop was professional, had great customer service, and took care of the dent so the car looked like new again. I would highly recommend they guys.
