The service here is terrible. Every time Ive called and theyve been impolite blunt abrupt and unhelpful. It took nine days for a four-day repair. And now I have to wait another 4 to 7 days. After paying them my deductible and inspecting my vehicle found my fender to be broken still. The alignment was still not fixed. And the inside of my vehicle was completely dirtied after a full day extra of them saying it was getting detailed. And the incorrectly filled my tire with air instead of nitrogen gas .

We had to have a roof replaced on our 2011 Elantra and Don did a perfect job. The pricing is reasonable, the personell are friendly and curtious. All these folks took great pains to make an unfortunate experience as painless as possible. Would not ever take a car anywhere else. Cannot sing their praises enough. I did not get any work done here but the lady on the phone was really short and not helpful. I was just trying to get a price quote on a job or rough estimate. All she said was "yep", "nope", "not at all". Very short and rude. They must not be hurting for business. I still believe customer service is important. All she wanted to do was get off the phone with me.

Worst experience ever in my life with a business. I was asked to sign a form giving them authority to repair my car. I told them no I didnt want to repair the car. They said I had to sign the form so insurance could appraise the car. 1 day after the appraisal, the car was in paint. Or thats what they said. So theyre liars too.

They did a great job repairing the damage to my car after I was sideswiped. A very thorough estimate and worked with the insurance companies to make sure my needs were met. On site rental car was ready to serve as a replacement until I got mine back.

Had some minor work done on my fender. They did a great job! Were very reasonable. Job was done quickly and they even cleaned my windows and wiped down my interior. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Waste of time there. This place is not going to honor your patience being there. They care only B2B partnership with those insurance companies. I strongly suggest not to go there for repair.
